My Wife and I had our LAST MEAL there, today. My wife is a VEGETARIAN, and ordered the VEGETABLE Ramen. Two-thirds of the way through her meal, she found some type of MEAT in her plate. When I asked the waitress about it, she said the cooks misunderstood her relaying the order, and prepared CHICKEN Ramen; and that she - the WAITRESS tried to "pick it all out" before bringing it out to us. "Tried to pick it all out"??? REALLY?? After relaying the incident to the manager, who apparently spoke very little English, she simply gave a mechanical smile and said "thank you...have a happy mothers day"... Talk about adding INSULT to INJURY! "One Star" is TOO GENEROUS... R.I.P. #CustomerService

My sister and I went here for lunch, at the one on cloverdale avenue. I noticed it was almost empty but we sat down anyway. The service was terrible!! The two teenage waitresses barely filled our drinks. And to make matters worse I found hair in my food when it finally got to us. The waitresses went back and forth about whose it might have been!! I didnt want anything to eat after this fiasco. And I will never go back!!!

The waitresses are so nice and the restaurant is always so clean. I go to both of the Ise restaurants and I love them both. Nice people and great Sushi

This used to be my favorite restaurant here in Winston.. But lately, it hasnt been so great. Change in manager maybe? Change in chef? I dont know.

Basic Japanese, a bit bland. Seems they are a lunch establishment, this close to Baptist Hospital. I have to say they are trying.
