I only recommend this place if you like the ghettoness. You will hear the workers cursing, talking about drugs and even shaking their booty. Its crazy because my daughter who is 4 pointed out the young lady shaking her behind while dressing the sandwich. When your order is called they scream it like they want you to hurry up or they aggravated to do their job. For this to be a location at north hills I expect more. The food was great just didnt need my daughter to see a young lady shaking her behind all over the place and the grey shirt manager says nothing to her. If you are with children this is not the place for you.

The staff was very friendly, but the burgers were below standards. The buns on both burgers were cold and soggy, assumably fresh out the fridge or recently defrosted. The soggy buns couldnt contain our burgers with "everything" on it. Needless to say the burgers fell apart and it was just a mess. The fries would have been great if they didnt have the old oil after taste. Hopefully this was just one bad day in the kitchen, for what is supposed to be an above standard burger place. Wouldnt recommend this location.

The people here were the rudest people. All they did was yell all night at the people for not hearing their numbers when called. In one case the customer number 20 was either out or didnt hear at the worker acted as if we were all dumb and didnt know what the number 20 was and said "2 and 0. Twenty" when asked where our milkshake was she just said "Im making it now" in the rudest attitude and was angry every time someone ordered. I didnt even want to eat here. Worst experience at a restaurant ever.

This is the best burger in the triangle hands down. They are a little pricey but its certainly worth it. The fries are very fresh and yummy. The portion size of the fries is very generous as well. The cup is pretty small but your bag is usually filled with fries as well. The staff is generally very friendly and they make your burger fresh to order and are very quick. I generally dont bother getting burgers at other restaurants because I know it wont be as good as a Five Guys burger.

They are a little pricey [around $25 for two people], but man is it GOOD. I think I enjoy this place more than Hops burger in Greensboro. Not only do they prepare your food quickly (like a fast food joint) but it is also quality. The fries are delicious and they always give you plenty. If you have a great appetite, eat here, you wont be disappointed. Did I mention they have sesame seed buns? Because they have them and theyre delicious.

I tried Five Guys for the first time recently, and while they do make good burgers, I just cant justify spending $20 at a Fast Food place. Granted, we did order a Large Fry for two people, and that was WAY too much. You get a cup full of fries, and then a bag full of them, as well! Burgers are definitely good, but I would still rather go to Steak n Shake. :)

I am a Five Guys afficianodo from Maryland, and I have to say the burgers at this location are even than those in my home state. Just by size alone it seemed like they put an extra patty on there or something. Other than that, it was the usual Five Guys quality you come to expect, ample fries, and cold drinks to wash it all down. Thanks Five Guys!

At 5 GUYS in North Hills, Raleigh, NC the burgers, fries and hot dogs are the best just like the crew. From the minute you walk in you feel welcome and right at home. They greet you with a smile and a hello. When leaving they wave and thank you for coming by. Best burger place around. To the crew, keep up the great work and Ill see you soon.

We really like Five Guys. Their "small burgers" are anything but and the serving size for the fries is ridiculous. We particularly love the cajun fries. They have other offerings, too, like veggie sandwiches, hot dogs, blts and grilled cheese sandwiches. Not a big fan of the shakes because of the flavoring, but the rest is great.

Was greeted by a very smiley register worker who was very helpful! She convinced me the fries were worth getting and for that I thank her. Totally right! I was going to go for the milkshakes but cant beat a coca cola freestyle machine! Shakea was the register girls name, shes a keeper, she knows a thing or two about customer service!

Mediocre, not remotely as high quality as burger-fi and smash burger for the $$$. Cheese was just put on the burgers, not melted on. Buns look and taste just like the cheapest you can find at Food Lion. Nothing justified the price. Honest to god, Id go to Wendys before this, even if Wendys cost $6+ for a burger.

I had not had a problem until the last time I went a few months ago. The fries were terrible or fried twice. The milkshake was soupy and virtually tasteless. The young staff members were also unprofessional. I should have went across the way to Chick-Fil-A that day.

Definitely worth the price. They may be a little higher than other burger joints but they are definitely well worth it. The burgers are delicious. The wait is not as long as you think either. They are friendly and fast!
