Do not eat here.Sanitary is a BIG concern. I ordered a sub. The person behind me in line orders a sub (which whom I work with ). The orders were mixed up. I ordered no sauce and no jalapeno but it was on the sub the guy I work with ordered it with sauce and jalapeno. Ok, no big deal- easy fix. I informed the workers that the subs were mixed up. The manager requested I take the jalapeno off my sub and put on the guy I work with sub. Ok, if that is not bad enough. I told him I cannot eat the sub with sauce and jalapeno juice. The guy I work with had eaten half of his sub...he said that I take half of the guy I work with sub and he would make me another half of sub for me. ugh... I do not eat after people, yes not even people I work with. This was just crazy. They did end up making another sub, but it may be me wonder what dirty things they do when no one is looking.

My last visit here my sandwich was not fully cooked in the center. Meaning mealted cheese and ice cold meat. Eww! So i called and notified them of the situation. They told me bring in my receipt the next day and they would remake it. The next day i get there and the manager on duty was so rude about it and mad me feel embarrassed about it claimi g he didnt believe anyone told me that. Never again will i eat there.

Ive never been a Firehouse Subs person (Jersey Mikes, anyone?) but service here always seemed particularly slow, and prices always seem high here for the quality of food. Better lunch options in the plaza.

We have to go here every time we are in town to see our buddies Thomas and Shad!! Oh and of course the food. This is the ONLY firehouse we will go to.
