Today i went boston market to get a whole chicken to have lunch with my family and this is what a got ,the smaller chicken of the world and cold ... and i pay $10 plus...One of the worst chicken flavors in my life ,The chicken ended in the trash. We buy chicken at boston market twice a week but not any more...! this is not the first time that i have something crazy from this store at cary north carolina.(everybody smoke, you can notice the smell ,you can smell it on your plate, and some of those people are very rude and crazy).

When we walked in we werent welcomed. The lady that did help us was suffering from a condition her hands.and arms were shaking. I love Boston MARKET it reminds me of being back home in Boston. She did.tbe best that she could possible do. The chicken was dry but it the.ribs were off the chain. The tables were messy full of garbage which was disappointing. I have celiac diseases so I got very very sick for two days. I would recommend this place for this ribs I give you 4 Starts for the ribs.

First time trying their fried chicken, last also.I got a three piece with redskin potatoes and apples, both had most certainly been held TOO long.The potatoes were replaced with"fresh" and they were no better.The fried chicken was dry and also not fresh.I will never buy anything in their restaurants again except for chick pot pie.Total waste of time and money !!!!! These people know when this food has been held TOO long, they just dont care.

Be careful when you go order from the drive thru. I just left expecting a juicy piece of chicken. When I made it home I opened up my plate and smelled burned food. The skin on half the kitchen was black , and the wing was scorched through the skin...totally burned . super nice to realize this once you get home and dont want to get back out. Very inconsiderate especially when you pay a decent chunk of change for a meal.

The one thing that impressed me about this location was the staff. The lady behind the counter was so helpful to my wife and I with our three kids. Helped us find a table and set it up with chairs. She brought some of our food to the table and made sure all the boys had drinks and plasticware. It doesnt seem like much, but its that kind of service that will keep me coming back.

The food was great and dining room nice. What ruined this visit for me was the stinky, old, outdated bathroom. One stall didnt even have a door and the diaper changing table was horrible. Dirty, stained, and the metal folding mechanism on the diaper table was completely rusted. I went to the car to change my babys diaper and I used the bathroom at a nearby gas station.

The staff was the most unfriendly people Ive ever seen in food service. Seemed like something was going on with staff. We were not greeted, the person waiting on my wife sighed when she asked for gravy on side. Tines before they walked the food to your table. Not this time. Chicken portion was very small. Wont be back

I go to this location twice a week. If the manager Roger is there, things run smoothly and employees are so friendly. If the manager Brandon is working, AVOID going there. He is rude, unprofessional, and no social skills. This attitude rubs off on the other employees. I left there today in the WORST mood ever

Always clean, friendly staff most of the time. The parking and location are a bit much. It is a mad house at the intersection at this location. Parking is limited and people drive like mad. The food however is awesome and worth risking the road to get it.

Were sold out of two entrees when i tried to order on a Friday evening. Cmon who sells out a two entrees during what is one of the busiest times to order food. The only reason Im leaving 3 stars is they gave us free food, may go elsewhere next time....

Horrible customer service helped others before helping people and my party the lady at the front shouldnt be working she kept getting confused didnt have half the vegetables ready at supper poor management as he stood back and watched it happen

Visited this place twice in my stay at Wake Med. First day they didnt get my order correct and I didnt find out till I got back to the hospital second day order was fine. Not a cheap fast food place but the food is hot fresh and good.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Service was acceptable. Although, I did notice my to-go side portions are significantly less than when esting-in. I made a laughing side comment to the sever. She didnt seem to care much.

Rude in drive thtu They suggested 1/2 chicken so I said "yes" paid for 1/2 chicken. Got home to one breast and sides. Well I guess 1/2 my family eats tonight. Called to inform them rude on phone I will never go back

Great staff, clean location, and very quick service. Would come here again. I wouldnt get the BBQ chicken sandwich again though. Im sure if I had gotten my usual meatloaf w 2sides meal I would have given them 5 stars.

Really like this place. Its the next best thing to home cooking. I typically pick up food for the whole family on the way home. There are also many nice specials through out the week.

Good healthy fast food. They now serve food on real plates with real silverware. Love their cornbread and sweet potato casserole as well as their chicken and meatloaf.

Best location in the triangle. The window clerk gave our dog a treat while we were in the Drive-thru. It was so nice!
