Terrible experience. I arrived Saturday and was seated in the Bar area at 12:15 and was told my server would be with me shortly. There was only one other couple seated in the Bar area. Few people at the Bar and not very many people sitting in the dining area. The place was not busy which seems odd for lunch time. I waited 17 minutes and walked out since nobody was coming over to me. There were two waitresses socializing at the hosts station and never said anything to me as I left. The Olive Garden which is real close to them was over crowded with business. I would hate this place to be closed for lack of business but when you lack friendly customer service and ignore patrons - thats what would happen. Too bad - the food is always good.

food was great donna the waitress was terrible was paying with canadian money she made a huge seen what to charge me 100 percent more for paying in canadian money ever one in ear shot was looking at us had to go get us money while my girl freind stay there i still see donna standing over me rolling her head around say i can charge you anything i what for exchange telling me off in front other people been 3 or 4 years since we have been there referred 30 people to go or took them there they asks now and i tell them what happened and they are shocked none have back we go to dino ribs no problems

Food & wait staff are always excellent. The hostess on duty at 3:30pm on Fathers Day did not have a clue. She allowed a huge backup of patrons, did not follow the advice of the waitresses who were trying to help her & then got really snippy with an older lady who asked how much longer her party would have to wait to be seated. Things went much more smoothly once the manager took over the hostess station, but if I had been that lady, I would have taken my party of 6 ...and my money....somewhere else. One bad apple really does spoil the whole barrel.

Famous Daves on Walden is now closed so I decided to try Smokey Bones. I waited 15 minutes for service after arriving to pick up a carryout order for two. Then, the order was wrong and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to re-do it. Then, I waited another 10 minutes while another server was using the checkout terminal while on the phone with a customer. When I got home, I opened the bags and discovered they still had the order screwed up. I was too tired and hungry to go back so, we just ate it. Will NEVER go back! We miss you Famous Daves!!

We recently ate at Smokey Bones and it was almost the worst food weve had in the area. I ordered the build your own combo thing. I had the brisket and the turkey with a side salad and mashed potatoes. The mashed taste like Chef Boyardee (disgusting!) but if you like them, you might like it. The brisket was 95% fat with 0 flavor. The only good thing my husband or I had was the side salad. The food was awful but our waitress was extremely nice. I will never go back there! If youre trying to decide between this and Daves, go to Daves instead.

On Friday, 6/24/16,After driving from Connecticut we were a bit lost so we pulled into the Walden/Galleria Mall. We decided to just grab some dinner then proceed to locate our hotel. Well, Everyone was so helpful. Our server was Ashley, she was wonderful. She was friendly, patient and upbeat. We had never been to a Bones restaurant, she helped us with our choices.Food and drinks were delicious. Huge shout out to ASHLEY. Thanks Ash!!!

Ive ate here a few times and every time the food has been great. The waitresses have been pleasant too, even tolerating my often hostile family when Im with them -- no easy feat! The BBQ, appetizers, and drinks are all great. Im really not sure what these other reviews are basing themselves on, it really seems like they ate at a different restaurant than I did. Maybe northerners just dont know good bbq when they see it?

I treated my boyfriend for Fathers Day dinner her and it was our first time here (just left 30 mins ago) and I am very satisfied with my experience, the food was incredibly delicious, I had mashed potatoes, bourbon bbq chicken breast and smoked wings (omg the wings) everything was very good. Our waitress Dallas was very polite, and took care of us very good. Im so glad we stopped here for dinner.

We went for lunch at 2:45 on 4/6/12 and the manager told us the wait would be 15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and the place wasnt even half full we left. At least 10 other people left too. I also heard the manager say he just needed to slow things down and get a breather! Come on man, pull it together or put a better schedule together.

I give smokey bones 4 stars...i love the combo ribs and chicken wings...I love that you can earn reward points..$10 free toward next meal when you earn 100 points...$1 spent earns a point excluding tax..it should be increased to $15 earned...Also i wish you would bring shrimp back...i would luv a steak n shrimp combo

Check if they are still open first - "Use to be" the best place to dine for 50 miles but the food and service really started dropped off couple years back. Many better restaurants in this area - rude staff cold food warm beer high price = avoid. Review based on actual visits - last visit approx 6 months ago.

Good atmosphere and drinks. The drink menu is complete, it is the template most places should use, includes category, type, selection, APV, origin, whether it is in a bottle, 16 oz or 22 oz and the price for each. Oh hell, ill just take a pic and post it in the pics section. And my server, Rachel was hot!

I had the 1/3 rack ribs and meat combo with brisket. Food was good quality, atypical restaurant barbecue, Ribs were tender but not fall off the bone, as they should be, Brisket was well cooked with a nice smoke ring. We were seated quickly and the service was quite good. All in all, I would eat here again.

First time eating here and was extremely disappointed. The wings were downright terrible!!! They were soggy, lacked flavor, and had a weird taste as if they were old. I have eaten a lot of wings and have never been so disgusted. Never eating here again. P.S waitresses were very sweet and attentive.

There are so many good things to eat.. From a grilled salmon salad to fall of the bone ribs, smoked wings all you can eat Monday night. Smoked half chicken perfectly cooked juicy, they make fresh cake donuts daily with a raspberry sauce the you could drink its so good. Anyway great staff im hooked.

When my family got there we were seated right away like any other typically restaurant. Then the service was slow, the waitresses knew little about the food or beverages on the menu. The mangers were rude and very offensive to me and my family. I would not recommend this restaurant for any family.
