So, to start, we were seated immediately and then waited to place an order. After we placed an order it took quite a while for the order to come. Now this is supposedly a sports bar and it was a bye week during the NFL playoffs. I thought it was taking a bit too long and looked around the restaraunt to find that it was maybe half full if that. It took 40 minutes for our order to come and when it did the food was cold. Not "not hot enough" but cold to the touch like they let it sit on a counter for a while. I sent it back and after a bit the waitress said the manager took the meals off the bill except for our drinks, fine. That seemed fair, though I thought they should have forgiven the entire bill. On the bill I left no tip (which I used my bank card to pay), I do not leave a tip on a meal sent back point blank. So a few days later I am checking my bank account and what do you know... The waitress gave herself a tip. Still having the receipt I went back and showed my bank print out with the receipt showing that I had not left a tip. She went back and reviewed their records to come back and tell me that the waitress had written a message on the store copy saying she accidently added a tip on the bill and appoligized. What good business since I didnt get the appologee. The manager gave me a refund in cash. The manager said they were holding on to the copy in case I came back with the complaint. BULLSHI^*^. Now here is my point on this accidentally bull, how do you accidentally hit on the computer screen "add tip", then the amount of the tip, then enter, then print the new receipt, then turn in my signed copy with the updated receipt and call that an accident. No, the management caught the fraud and told the waitress to right the message on the receipt it case I came back to cover their butts in case I called in the CRIME. This is management covering bad press of their employees.

Terrible! We came to watch UFC 200 and arrived at 5 after 8 p.m. The hostess had us waiting until 10:30 to be seated... when asked what was taking so long, she replied, we dont have a table for 2. Meanwhile, upon returning from the restroom, I noticed 4 tables for 4 that wouldve been just fine. When they finally called for us to be seated, they asked if we would partner with another couple so they could save on seating... for real? When i said no, we didnt want to share a table after waiting 2.5 hours, the lady that sat us had an attitude like we were the a holes...wtf? Needless to say, we will never be back. Customer service took a sharp left at this place. I own a service related business and would be ashamed if my people gave such poor customer service. The shear lack of give a crap was remarkably noticeable. Wish you could give - 3 stars. The server wasnt bad, not great, but not bad. Eff buffalo will wings, spend your money elsewhere, $20 for 20 wings and piss poor service?? You should be ashamed of your people, and probably just need to close the doors so no-one else loses faith in the human race! Flippin horrible, terrible, crappy, worthless, stupid waste of money! onight I had some of the worst costumer service Ive ever experienced to date. Lets start with the host/servers seems as if they were playing a game of ignore the customer. after being seated me and my son waited for about 20 minutes before anyone would wait on us! So finally we were helped after getting the wings i order I noticed they were slightly bloody and under cooked. I alerted my host she assured me they would redo the order, which they did do. The second batch of wings tasted like the cook poured a gallon of hot sauce mixed with cayenne pepper on my order of Mild jerk sauce wings. After about 5 minutes the waitress came over with a smirk on her face and sarcastically said how are your wings you only eating a couple dont you like them. At this point I knew the cook and host were intentionally degrading my food for reordering If! Looking at climate within buffalo wild wings this type of practice is expectable. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Eat there at your own risk!

Take out service there is atrocious three time I order takeout there and the service was lacking. The three time I order food there once they gave my order to someone else I had to wait some more, the second time I distinctly ask them for celery and carrot sticks and dressing when I got home there was none and after my two experience with them I was in there area so I decided to order takeout from there again and I should have checkout out my order before I left there because the same thing happen again no dressing no celery or carrot stick when I got home. I call there to talk to the manager, but conveniently he or she was not available, so I left my number, but he or she didnt have the DECENCY to call me back. The first time that happen to me was shame on them now it happen again shame on me. Folks if you order take out there check your order there before leave you might surprise when you get home.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes, its noisy...but its a sports bar and grill. You have to kind of see that coming. I love it during football season. The staff has always been super friendly. Ive never had a bad server here. Most people who complain about the service everywhere, tend to be people who just cant be pleased and are unpleasant to the server. Your attitude towards the server makes a big difference anywhere you go. Theyre just people and they can get upset too. Treat them with respect and they will return that to you. Be a terd, that will affect your service. I always love the food here. I just wish they hadnt taken away my favorite appetizer...the Southwest Bites. But Ill find a new favorite. The fried pickles are great. The sauces are great, the burgers, the wraps, the nachos, the wings...all great. Never a negative experience. I cant till football season!

Service is definitely improving from the craptacular experiences weve had before. Linda did a great job taking care of us. Some minor slip ups, but to be fair she was just coming off the dinner rush and as a former food service worker, I completely understand. Food was hot out of the fryer this time, also a major improvement. The only thing I can complain about was how they now charge $2 to play their games. Sucks for the adults if you brought your minions with you but also want to enjoy a stress free dinner. The other thing was that it was my minions birthday dinner. We waited about 30-45 minutes to get a cup of ice cream after we had finished our dinner. The also charged about $2.50 for the ice cream. That bugged me a little because no one ever asked us if we were ok with that, they just did it and threw it on our bill. Overall, getting better, but a long way to go.
