The BF & I use to dine here frequently until last week; we had the worst experience ever!! First the waitress messed up his order so I call the "manager" over ( who is a joke & is to worried about smoking out back to take care of repeat customers) to inform him of what was going on. The "manager" puts the order in again & hands us the bill!! Then we noticed the bill was wrong!!! Charging us double!!! Called the manager over again to fix bill & ask for compensation; manager did not want to give us any kind of compensation for the many mistakes. After arguing with him he finally decides to give us 15% off. Whatever I was just ready to go, get home to discover the order (had to get it to go since we wasted an hour in the restaurant) was still wrong!!! Ridiculous!!! Will never return!! Oh did I mention I found a gnat in my water? Yep gross! Do not waste your time or money!

Oi Sir Jesse giving Raleigh Durham my thoughts of my visit to Wild Wing Cafe. Note Cafe this is not your typical Cafe experience. Honestly sport bar or just bar would be better wording here. Plenty of flat screen to watch the NBA playoffs on there is one massive projector screen too. Okay now the menu...the overall selection is not bad plenty to pick many to try and only a few to brag about. I had a go at the Turkey G.L.T wrap. This wrap came warm and very well packed with flavour. I had the side of wedge potatoes with. These on the other hand were soaked in what chip grease oil. Which left them with an wierd after taste. The beer on tap made for a few selections be sure to ask before having your hopes on high. Okay my verdict yes I scolled to the top star rate I gave...3.5 good menu not a bad atmosphere... Oi go try it for ya self already

Wings are pretty good for the price, although I wish theyd let you order in increments of 6 wings (one flavor per six ordered). As is, you can order in increments of 6 wings (1 flavor), 12 wings (2 flavors), 18 wings (3 flavors)... then it jumps up to 30 wings (5 flavors) and 60 wings (10 flavors). What about 24 wings (4 flavors)?! Thats what my wife and I always want to split, but instead we have to get a combo of 6 +18 wings or just go up to 30. There is a rear, separate section for pick up, but its not always open, even in the evening. Itd be nice it theyd just set regularly scheduled hours for that and stick to them. I also happened upon a lunch buffet one day, but Ive never had an opportunity to try it so I cant speak to that.

When I first walked in I experienced two of the host arguing with each other. Not a good start to our experience. I understood yall were busy so the 30 min wait was ok! We finally sat down and ordered our food. Im a waitress myself so I understand completely the wait times may vary, but 45 min for our food was kinda horrible, then came out cold! I didnt complain because My son and I were starving. So we ate it. Never will I go back! I still left my server 20% only because it wasnt her fought! But I guess my whole mood was ruined by setting there waiting and having to over here the host argue and then talk about each other, not a good way to represent your restaurant!

Usually the food here is pretty good, and as long as theres not a major sporting event on the staff will usually change a TV to whatever game you want to watch. The drink selection is pretty varied. On occasion the chicken will be overly done, but that hasnt happened in awhile for me. And if spicy food is your thing, the hottest wing sauces are HOT. Theres also a much bigger difference between the two hottest sauces than between the lower levels, so youll need to prepare yourself physically and spiritually for the jump from China Syndrome to Braveheart. And dont plan to do anything strenuous in the next 16 hours. You can bring dogs outside as well.

I think as far as food goes, it depends on what you order. The Parmesan wings are pretty damn good. But the other wings are very average. The service wasnt great but it wasnt terrible. Overall, Id say this place is very much a guy hangout (definitely not somewhere youd want to go to dinner as a couple unless she likes football and beer as much as you.) They have a sign hanging in the takeout entrance that says "no loose women." This place is very crude and un-business-like. I may eat there again but itll be takeout next time. Pros: Parmesan wings, Separate takeout entrance. Cons: Service, *Very* Noisy, Cold Onion Rings, Crude.

Went for first time. Looked at the menu before we went and it looked great. House chips were good. Fries were decent. Had boneless wings with 2 sauces. One was great the other had no flavor at all. Boneless wings were very small pieces of chicken. Got a plate with 12, which would have been too much normally, but could have easily eaten twice that many. Each "wing" was about 1 bite. Burger was horrible. Overcooked, dry, and more dense than any burger I have ever seen. Service not bad. A little slow, but not bad.

Good wings, pretty good bar food, but they usually have the sound system turned up super loud?!?! Whether its TV, music or a live band, even when its something I want to hear, its usually too loud and its annoying! Some of the wait staff are really good, but as often as not they are a little snarky. Yes, I keep going back because the wings are good and because thats where some of my friends/family want to go sometimes... but not sure how long I will keep going if they dont turn down the sound and turn up the service.

I was given a gift card last July 2011 and today I wanted to use the card. I viewed the back of the card and it had a disclosure in small print stating that the card was not valid after 12 months of the purchase date. I phoned the restaurant and they would not make any exceptions; in other words, my friend paid the restaurant $25 for the card providing no food. They bagged the $25 bucks. I ask you, what kind of neighborhood restaurant do want to do business with? Think twice. Never give them your business.

Went during the lunch buffet. Not crowded, but long wait for table and slow service. I had the wing buffet special. For a place that specializes in wings, I was very disappointed. Most of the wings were over cooked and the flavors were unremarkable. My daughter had a childrens meal and all of her food looked like it had come right out of the freezer and into the deep fryer. Nothing fresh or healthy about it. Good location and a good spot to watch a game and grab a beer. Not a good place for wings.

There are so many better places to spend your money at. The service does suck and wings are alright but not great. Prices seemed high and security up there are a bunch of morons especially the leader which is a guy named Debo. Seriously avoid this place all together. The bands are most of the time lack luster and its so loud that there is no way to communicate with others in your group. I wont waste my time there nor my money anymore. Lets all hope they will eventually shut this place down.
