DAZED AND CONFUSED Great beer, great food, locker room service? ..The food was was amazing . Just what i expect from a BWW. I was a little confused with the wait staff rubbing their shoeless feet as soon as I entered the front door ( first time seeing that in a BWW, maybe Im new here?). I understand the "sports bar " atmosphere, but I didnt want to feel like I was eating in a locker room. The hostess was seating us and the told the waitress "another for you". The waitress / busboy( not sure after our time there) got pissy and rolled her eyes ,stated " ughh ,not another one" .. we werent expecting that seeing as the restaurant wasnt closing for another 2 hours .The hostess/ waitress (who knows what position ) seated us in a still trash filled booth including a knife , a crayon, some fries , a spoon , a napkin ,a menu .All under the table ,in which none was given to us without asking exempt the menu. But considering no one knew what position they held ,I cant blame it on the hostess/waitress/busboy? The woman with the short blonde hair that kept picking up trash with her hand and throwing back under the table so she could continue sweeping the same table FOR 30 MINUTES! Was a little discouraging to me and my wife since we have now made a easily sweep able pile of trash next to our table with our feet after 30 MINUTES. Even though the waitress?/ busboy? With the short blonde hair walked past us multiple times so she could loop around and get that pestint trash that kept "appearing " under that table FOR 30 MINUTES! But we all know how crazy trash can be so I cant blame her. With minor confusion with my drink , food was excellent, beer was cold. After asking ,we even got napkins. Price was great. Thats what I love about BWW. Nothing can be blamed on anybody because we all know how insane trash, and titles ,and job duties , and manors , and courtesy , and feet, and how hard it is to deal with customers. But when another group of customers came in and they were given the cleaned booths across the dining area from us, and were actually waited on. That threw us way off. Considering there was another booth next to us experiencing the same service as ours. Even though the same waitress /hostess/ busboy was serving the new customers as well. Just to add, this was just after 12. They close at 2 . There was us and one other table besides the newcomers in the entire dining room plus 1 other table in the bar room. We were confused because we assumed the manager( because he was surveying the entire time) was watching all this as well. For all I know though he could have been a cook,or a new hire, or another waiter, or another busboy, or a dishwasher, or the janitor? Seemed overkill and under service for the 3 -4 tables the entire time we were there.I assume at least 3 of the 7 people saw in the dining area and the footrub greating area were waiters? Maybe?. !!!! Bottom line is BBW has AWESOME FOOD AND NICE COLD BEER,!!! Just stay away from the White oak location unless you are amused by the absolute rediculous and confusing show of workers winging it, hoping they can do their job? Or someone elses? Or run a business? Or clean ? Or something? ..Im sorry if my review was confusing but I still am astonished with what I witnessed. Not the worst service Ive had but only because Im not quite sure it was service. Food was good though .+2

So if youre in the mood for some mediocre bar food this is the place for you! Lets go ahead and get one thing out of the way- my review is completely biased. I dont eat buffaloes or wings. So Im reviewing a place that is known for wings, even in its namesake, and I didnt eat them. Now lets move on to what I can review. I ordered the ultimate nachos with no chili. Apparently no chili also means no jalapeños and no salsa. I got chips with a drizzle of queso, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Bleh. The waitress asked what I wanted to drink and I remarked some alcohol would be good. Im all about gender equality and all but she named off the beer specials only. Needless to say Im not the knocking-back-sime-brewskis type. So I opted for some cheaper non alcoholic beverage. So much for a cocktail. I also was able to discover there is a positive correlation between short patience and increased wait time. The longer we were there the longer we had to wait between check ins from the waitress. I met my husband after work so I was happy enough to leave him behind to deal with the check. Two stars because it has potential to be a cool hangout spot for a game. I wont be returning anytime soon though.

Let me say first that Desiree is 5-Stars hands down!!!!! This location is great and festive and lively and has TVs all over the place ... great sports bar / Buffalo Wild Wings experience ... but after just having visited another local wing place (Buffalo Brothers - Lake Boone Trail) --- this review is strictly on the food ... So again let me be clear ... service, cleanliness, etc. etc. etc. all 5s ... but after the wings I had the other night ... I was very eager to really see how BWW compared, because before a few nights ago, usually BWW was my go too ... I typically like the dry rubs at BWW as Ive found too often the sauce ratio is not always to my preference at BWW (in other words ... oversauced) ... So I went with the Desert Heat and the Chipotle BBQ, extra crispy, all drums ... Great on the extra crispy, however I was unable to tell the difference between the two rubs and the kitchen didnt bother to separate them for me ... but hey thats ok and although they were still very delicious, they had some pretty big shoes to fill and came up just a bit short! But would still visit again!

So the food was GREAT! Hot and exactly how I ordered. But the service was horrible... I sat at the bar area on a Tuesday afternoon they were not busy.. The bartender came over and got my drink order brought it then walked away, didnt ask if I was ready to order she just sat it down and walked away. Im sitting there not looking at the menu so hopefully she could tell I was ready to order my food but she walks to every other customer and sits and talks to them walks right by my table 3 Times and continues serving everyone else but me.. So I keep waiting till she finally asks if Im ok and I just say Im ready to order, she takes the order and someone else brings my food to me then Im done eating it takes her forever to bring my check. She finally brings it and then just keeps my change without even asking if I needed change back! I was going to leave a tip just for the fact that Im a waitress and I tip no matter what but when I finally get my change from her I just leave... Ill come back I just wont sit in the bar area ever again.
