I went yesterday and bought 2 to-go trays, got home and found hair, straight-type hair in my food. I am grossed out. I called to complain and immediately the employee (manager) accused me abruptly and loudly of putting hair in my food. she said "I know you, you do that all the time, I saw you eating in the restaurant. I told her I bought a to-go and had not eaten in the restaurant in over a year. Then she said how do I know you didnt put the hair there. I told her I understood, but I didnt. I told her that both my husband and I are Black, I have no hair weave, and our hair is nappy-typed hair. I felt that she should at least offer some kind of relief, coupon, discount...Again, I understand her position of people doing pranks, but if the law threatened to stop restaurants from selling to-go food due to this unregulated issue, I bet you employees would be more professional and polite when they do get complaints like this. No one wants to buy food and find hair or etc. in their food after paying for it. I am grossed out.

I didnt like the place at all. The did have a variety of food but most of it wasnt worth eating. The managers said the would not honor my coupon for a free drink that came through the mail. I saw one waitress run outside and stand in front of anothers customers car saying that someone in his group didnt pay. Looked very unprofessional as far as a restaurant is concerned. Didnt see anyone in the restaurant who could understand why they should have honored my coupon. The dessert bar has fruit that has been sitting out way too long which was hard and not very sweet. Also heard from another customer the manager wouldnt honor their coupon for $2.50 off per person. I think they mail flyers out just as a ploy to get people into the resturant. I wish I was a bigger person because I would have tried to eat more than my fair share of food. I did try the variety of seafood they had and think other surrounding Chinese restaurants are better. I would NOT recommend this as a place to eat or take a family!

I liked to set down and take two plates of the best seafood located on the first serve table specially the octopus and the shrimps P.s. Take as many whites of the eggs its the best way to melt down the fatty belt around the belly! I heard from one close Doctor friend thats the octopus its have a complicate fatty amino acids that works to build more cells and fixes the muscle tissue I think the omega3,6,9,12 the perfect match when its come to a good healthy food And am that typo foodi guy I love Chinese food not the modern style but the Hibach mood in ancient category of food like wasabi sauce and the other spices thats turn the gear on I have said it right Nice place to eat! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible exterior apperance and terrible staff. We called ahead and were told one price but got there and was told a different. When we asked for a manager some young girl said she was but I highly doubt it as she had no clue what she was talking about. First she said she answered the call and did not say the incorrect price but later said no one callef at all. She then tried to "prove" this by grabing the phone and pulled up the only call that was received - ours. She looked dumb but offered no apology so we left. I would NOT recommend going to this location and I have visited plenty locations. By far the worst!

Only get 4 stars because servers and the hostess do not communicate well with each other that results in periodically long wait times to be seated when you are the only person in line or presented with a table you have to stand next to so it can be cleaned, other than that everything is great, steady traffic of people keeps the food fresh! The selection of food is awesome as of all hibachi and they have a few more options than others including some better options for dessert!

Labels missing from the buffer dishes.... very few dishes were fresh, mostly emptied out.... Same thing (labels missing) at sushi bar and hibachi bar. Service of waitress was non existent. Dink cost $1.79... very very high. Food taste was not very impressive either. Will not go there anymore.

Very delightful experience. Good variety of Chinese food, but they also had many American style foods. Everything was hot and fresh. The serving pieces were refilled as needed. Service was polite and courteous. Prices reasonable. Don’t forget to ask for senior discount if applicable

Great selection of sushi!! Very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful traditional vintage style. Had a blast with my family and friends... Desserts are at the ready.. Buffet style restaurant. Food was delicious and fresh, even had a healthy selection.

Food was okay. Its a buffet, quantity over quality. It was noticeably hot. I did notice the layers of dust on most of the decor. Pepper chicken and Teriyaki on a stick were very good. Dont forget the ice cream in the back to the left of the sushi.

Surprisingly good for the price! They have some real winners at the buffet. Choose your own ingredients hibachi, decent sushi (including nigiri!), and real ice cream (not soft-serve). A really family friendly atmosphere, kids love it!

I like the varied buffet items, from salted squid to sushi. The staff is attentive and long-suffering. Customers waste food and make a mess, but they take it in stride. Food is well cooked and tastes good. Hibachi is excellent.

Ichibans has a wide variety of well prepared dishes , sushi and hibachi. My family took me there for my birthday. The staff was attentive and I had a great time. The prices are unbeatable.
