Price: 4/5. For two people with drinks, you can expect to pay around $30 for dinner. At Lunch, look to spend with drinks - around the low $20 mark for two people. Quality 3/5. They certainly have a lot of options here, from the Hibachi grill to sushi to just eating off of the buffet. The downside is they sometimes over cook the food because of the settings on the heating bars. When coupled with the bad customer service from the waitresses and short tempered management - you sometimes have a bad experience here. Cleanliness 3/5. Tables arent disinfected or cleaned with real cleaner. Instead, filthy rags sit in a dish bucket with brown suds and waitresses wipe down the tables hundreds of times each day using the same dirty water. Seems like a breeding pool for germs. Service 1/5. THE worst aspect of this place has to be the way we were treated. Our drinks were never refilled once - even after asking the waitress for a refill. I asked for a To-go cup with water in it and our waitress brings me an empty styrofoam cup with no top on it. Ask for the check though...but wait; didnt have to do that. We literally got the bill and fortune cookies the very second we sat down along with our utensils. We hadnt even gotten our first plate and we were aleady being shoved out the door. This caused me to get fed up. When the waitress brought me the cup I said "I asked for this to be filled with ice water". She rolled her eyes and sighed and stomped off with an attitude. My wife and I laughed in shock at this. When she came back I said thanks very sarcastically to which the waitress replied "Yeah Yeah Yeah" and waved her arms dismissively. The food was good but the attitude we received was enough for me to never go back.

horrible food, made my stomach hurt, also the waiters were very unkind they just lost me as a costumer because of the wait and the whole place looked very unsanitary. First let me say my family has loved this restaraunt since it opened. The food is great. Unfortunately, things have changed. The food/hibachi items are still awesome. Cleanliness not so much. My wife found chewing gum on the bottom of her plate on the buffet. I found dried french dressing (at least I hope it was dressing) on the bottom of the plate on the salad bar. This all happened between 5:30 and 6:00pm. Unfortunately we found these after we already had other food on our table. When we asked to see the manager, we had to wait until he got back from the store. When he did show up 15 minutes later and told him, he didnt seem surprised, and offered us a whopping 10% discount. Although this is enough to make us not return, the servers there are not cordial or courteous. Our waitress never smiled which is fine, you dont have to smile, however when you make me feel uncomfortable, and start to rush me by taking my plate (a clean plate) before I can finish my last bite, and bring me the check as you do that, its a little insulting. I can understand if this was a busy night, and there was a wait, but she had four tables, and 3 were empty. The food has always made us ignore the poor service, but poor service with lack of care about cleanliness takes this restaraunt off my list of places to visit when friends/family come to town. My daughter is going to have to find a new favorite restaraunt.

I typically dont write reviews but this was the WORST place Ive ever been. Negative stars wouldve been more appropriate. The sushi was sitting on platters on top of a bed of ice wrapped in plastic which would have been okay if the platters were actually sitting down on top of the ice and not tilted halfway on the ice halfway on the edge of the counter so that they all could fit. While looking at the items a employee also was standing there conversating with foul language. (My 3 children standing there as well) The rice was so salty that none of us could eat it. The hibachi plate that we put together for them to cook was very dry and burnt. Not only that but he was cooking shellfish in the same place as everything else and my daughter ended up getting shrimp mixed in with her food from someone elses plate. Not one time in the 45 minutes that we were sitting there did our waitress come and try to clear any of the plates or ask us if we needed drinks. When we finally went to her while she was folding napkins and asked her to come get us refills, she went to several tables before us. The only food that was good there was the stuffed shrimp, the salmon, and the fruit/ice cream/dessert bar. As I went to the front to pay for the meal I brought the problems to the manager who didnt even seem to be surprised and only made excuses. I am glad that we were just traveling through for a cheer competition because I would never ever go there again!!

These people are horrible, rude and not careful at all, and this is why. First one time my brother in-law went here and ate everything was going well until he got there Chocolate Pudding when he starting eating it he found the tip of a screw in it he spit it out and showed them they didnt want to do anything they only said that theyll take 10% off his bill. This last last Sat. My family went there to eat thinking that it might of have been an accident and that they didnt didnt know so went there and would just eat more carefully but when we got there there was a Hispanic lady to bring us to a seat and wanted us to sit at a table we said we want a booth she didnt want to give to us and then brought a manager I told the manger we want a booth she didnt want to give us one either and there were several open. I then said who is paying you or me the manager got a nasty attitude with me and said Ill have to pay 15% more to sit at a booth so I told them both ok well then we not eating here and Ill let everyone know and we left and wont come back ever again.
