2909 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616.... You know the Habachi China Buffet... It was a lost for words.. Lemme start me, my woman and our son were greeted nicely as we were Sat down at a table that was a good start. Before eating me and my son went to the bathroom and was welcomed to gum in the urinal, writing in the bathroom and what looked like rust in the urinal I dont know... So that was step one of it all... Couldnt get worse right... Wrong we all got plates to eat... My son tried eating what he created and almost instantly frowned and layed his head down. Asking him what was wrong he said he didnt feel well.... My woman had gotten he plate I was about done with my first. Anyway my woman tried some of hers and stopped looked at me and looked at our son and repeated multiple times.. I continued to eat and stopped and got what she meant because I was sick too.. So we proceeded to leave and got the bill... A Huge WTF... $48.10 for two adults and our son whos in the 5th grade... Idk it made everyone a lil uncomfy... So we wanted to payless .. Thought we would but no they put the smallest bit of chicken in a takeout tray and it was the same cost... Even more we thought wed see the fish but the fish were dead and floating to the surface with pennies in it.... Total BS like if you want to get sick and have to go alot and even rethink food then please go here.. Happy life and you what I cant give less than one star.

I give this no stars at all. First of all when we were at our table it took 10 minutes for the waiter to come. Next when they took our drink orders it took 15 minutes. Luckily we were next to the front of the restaurant so we asked the guy next to us were was our drinks. Then 5 minutes later they brought us drinks that we didnt even order. Then when my daughter of 11, said to the waiter can we please have more lemonade the waiter said wait then my daughter told us the waiter looked at her with such an attitude and said with one she told us she almost wanted to cry. Plus she (the waiter) only came to our table 2 times we were sitting at table one and the waiter had short Bob hair so Im sorry if you get her. Then she just slammed our total on the table. Then when we were waiting for us to pay. That same waiter did a hand motion to me that they do to dogs! Then our total was $58. For 4 people. Then she asked for tip she just stuck her hand out. Then we told her we put some on the table. Then she said only this amount of tip. Then she even had the nerve to follow us out side asking for more tip. So this was my first and last trip here.

Used to enjoy going here for lunch, until a couple of days ago. On 11/7/2016, Server #5 at Table #147 was damn lunatic, and unbelievably rude. I was in the process of filling out and signing the check, when she remained hovering above me, staring at me as I was writing. I was about to jot down 20% of the bill for a tip when she got pissy, demanding more tip. She just would NOT quit. She actually stood beside the booth trying to keep me there as she went on an on demanding more money. My Mother, trying to diffuse the situation, while getting ticked off, herself, said "Next time, ok?", to which the server said "NEXT TIME?!?! I NEED TIP EVERYDAY!" (What in the world) I gave her a "tip" by informing her that if she was this angry and hated her job, she is free to get another one. We, then, stood up...she stormed off and slammed the bill on that half-wall by the booth seats by the restrooms. I left, then, decided to call and make management aware of their personnels crazy behavior, but that did nothing as they had no idea what I was saying. Thanks Hibachi, for the "Twilight Zone" experience. Never again. Taking my money somewhere else.

I literally just got back from this place, 15 minutes ago. Now I LOVE Chinese food. Im Korean myself, and Ive had real Asian home-cooked meals all my life. but this... this was bad. MSG, MSG, MSG. I cannot say it enough. being that this is a buffet, I tried 3 different plates with all different types of food, just to see if ANYTHING was good. Sushi was not fresh, Other foods were not even hot anymore. Not to mention that it all tasted the same. The guy at the hibachi grill looked dirty, and didnt even look my way when I handed him my plate to cook. im still questioning what he "sprayed" out of his little squirt bottle all over my food. (again, MSG?) I remember when this place opened, they were the jewel of Chinese buffets in Raleigh. Now, I wouldnt recommend this to anyone I know. In fact, I felt it would be wrong NOT to share this with the world. Of course my opinion is just my opinion, and you can take it with a grain of salt. or MSG. whatever floats your boat. Im still hungry, my stomach feels like there is a brick just sitting there, and I want my $25 back. Id rather order delivery.

5/19/15 Went for sons birthday-awful, will not go back. Staff incredibly rude, walked away in middle of asking questions. Food was old-especially fruit, wife felt ill after. Asked about fresh desert (specifically the bananas, as they were brown mush) and hostess said ok, then disappeared, never to return. Waitress only coming to table after dropping off check, then hovered, obviously put off when I stated I wanted to pay up front with cash (in hopes of speaking w/manager). Waitress then followed me up to desk to watch me pay, and manager never even looked me in the eye as he took my money, as he was too busy listening to waitress talk in another language. Some do consider it rude to talk in front of them (obviously about them) in another language. Food: poor, at best, dangerous at worst. Service: nonexistent, uncomfortable. Customer appreciation: laughable, unknown concept. Returning: not even if it was free. There are plenty of other nice places in this area that WILL appreciate your business, and not endanger your health.

I will never eat here agian. I have been in the food and bev industry for many years and I have never been so appalled by the servers here. We went there to cele rate and ordered food and 3 orders of saki. After two of the saki orders the waitress brought us the check to show us the amount and asked if we were sure. "Sure of what I asked?" She said "sure you want to pay another $6 for saki?" How rude, awkward, and just plain dumb. Then the worst was when we paid our bill. The total was $70 and we gave her a hundred. She tried to rudely ask that we leave the change to her. I thought she was tying to be funny but then when she brought the change what did she do? She handed me $5 of the $30 and said, "is the rest for me?" I could not believe it. I said no, it could have been but now your not getting anything. I told the manager and gave him $10 tip but I told him I would never be back. Thanks for reading this rant I hope you go in there to experience it yourself haha.
