I had a poor lunch experience here. I ordered a burger, rare-medium rare and waited over 25 minutes to receive my order, which was well done. In the 25 min I waited for my food, no server came to my table to check on me even once, I actually had to go inside to inquire about status of my food (I was seated on the patio). Once I bit into the burger and realized how overcooked it was, no server came back to check on us for over 15 min, so I was left to eat the burger or skip lunch. I ate half the burger, showed it to waitstaff when the finally showed up, and they comped my meal. This was nice, but honestly the only bit of customer service I received (after a long wait, no service, and overcooking my order) during my entire time here. Once the checked was dropped off, ten minutes passed with, again, no one coming by to check on us. For a second time, I had to end up going inside and engaging the staff with my check and card in hand to get the bill paid. My poor experience was not acknowledged by the staff at any time, much less resolved. I arrived at 11:45 am and left at 12:50- near 40 minutes of this hour+ was honestly spent waiting - an unreasonable wait time given I was on my lunch break. I wouldnt recommend this place-the food and customer service quality is poor and theres a wealth of better options in uptown, even in brevard court alone.

I walked in to get a beer and before i could take a seat at the bar the little asian bartender is yelling at me: "can i help you???" as if i was an intruder. I asked for a pale ale and she gave it to me in a little plastic cup used to give customers water. Then asked are you starting a tab? I asked if everyone had to start a tab since she did not ask the guy sitting beside me to start a tab. She just gave him his order. She continued to stare me down demanding I start a tab in a loud, rude tone. I was very surprised and insulted. Its one thing to ask a patron to start a tab if you do it to everyone, but its another thing to be rude, loud and unwelcoming from the first moment I walked in the door.

The food was bland and the service sucked. The waitress took our drink order and then proceeded to ignore us, even while checking on the tables around us (most of them by calling them by name ). We did not order alcohol as most of the other tables did. The bartender ended up taking our order. Overall it seems if they do not know you or you are not a regular they treat you like crap. I will not return even if you paid me.

This is the current LFC bar in Charlotte (for the 2016-17 season). A great place to catch the Liverpool matches with plenty of chanting and singing. The menu is ok for a pub. The beer selection is a wee limited for my tastes, but it suffices. Only wish they would add a couple of flat screens, as there are bad sight lines from the inner booth seats. Overall, pretty good. Stopped by for lunch and the bartender Dana took AMAZING care of my co-worker and I! She went above and beyond to ensure our first visit wouldnt be our last. All of her recommendations were FABULOUS -- she even juiced the everything FRESH to order for our drinks! I work in the industry and have a high standard for service... the service and food exceeded my expectations!

Food was pretty good. Service was lousy, (specifically James during lunch. Could have cared less that we were there) Me and my co-workers at the table take a lot of clients to lunch, but wont go here. Last time Ill visit. For the record, everyone else seemed nice, but too many other choices in uptown for food and drink with much better service than what we experienced.

A decent place for a pre-game stop. Had an alright selection of local craft beer on tap, however there food menu isnt anything to really brag about. The prices reflect the location of the restaurant itself, rather than the quality of the food. I do however only have the best things to say about the quality of service of the people working here.

My expectations were set extremely high due to a FB group called Charlotte Foodies......and they were not let down. My turkey sandwich was absolutely amazing and my husband got the fish and chips; I guess it was too good to share cause I never got a bite. The service was amazing, friendly faces everywhere. We will delve back!!!!

Very nice pub across from the new Romare Bearden park in downtown Charlotte and very near the BB&T Ballpark (Charlotte Knights Baseball) and the Carolina Panthers Stadium. But they should serve the Guinness draft in the traditional English pint sized glass (20 oz.). All else is too small.

Best Service of My Life! My party of 7 went on a Thursday night. Order a drink? Bam - 30 seconds later there is your drink. Order an appetizer? No problem! They cleared empty plates, were attentive without bugging us. The food was good, the prices were right. What a great night out!

Im new to Charlotte, and ate there twice with my French buddy. The viking burger was great, the staff was nice and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We had a great time. Side note: The lock in the gents bathroom doesnt operate very well...nevertheless, an awesome spot.

Ok so I rolled in here a little drunk from the irish place next door for some food. The chicken and tater tots hit the spot. I cant say anything bad about the place. The food is good and they have 20+ local crafts on tap. Stop reading and come here!

Ok food and ok beer. Atmosphere is pretty sucky and benches are hard. They could have atleast use mugs instead of regular all pints glasses to continue the Viking threme. Such a great idea wasted. Overall Not worth it, go to another bar

One of my favorite pubs in the area, and in a good location: The Latta Arcade. Relatively small beer selection but they usually have a bunch of good ones on rotation. Breakfast, wraps, and sandwiches are phenomenal.

Never been here for nightlife, but for lunch and dinner the food is surprisingly good. Full English breakfast and the fish sandwich are amazing. Local beer selection is solid, even if not necessarily numerous.

The best fish and chips I have ever had, hands down. Great beer selection. The only negative is the staff were being run tagged. The ownership need to add a couple of wait staff or another bartender wait staff.

I have only eaten lunch here but the menu is so fantastic. I love that they have breakfast all day and everything I have tried has been delightful. Small place with tiny bar but really worth a visit.

Always a good experience. They are a little funny about the happy hour menu but they have saved me a million times from a rained out knights game. I also recommend the burger and fries (key)

Been here working for 2 week every day i have gone here for lunch the food is great the service is awesome love the waitresses friendly loved it the drunken chicken is to die for.
