My niece and her family reside in Cary, NC. Their son is very ill. I wanted to have dinner delivered to them this evening so that it would be one less thing they had to worry about. I spoke to David earlier today, told him I was calling from out of state. I placed my order, indicated the time I wanted it delivered and made him promise me that I nor they would be disappointed. I just spoke to my family in Cary and they told me the delivery was right on time and the pizzas and the chicken wings were great. David, thank you for coming through for me and thank you that your pizza and wings were as good as you said they would be.

Usually love this place... But if the kid is working at the front, I have nothing but problems! Today I ordered 1 slice cheese, 1 slice peperoni, side salad with ranch. It rang in at $10+!! I asked but the kid said it was right so I swiped my card to pay. The dad came out and explained that I was charged for a full size salad but didnt offer to void my charge... So I took the difference out of what would have been the tip. Then my order came out and they got the pizza wrong! He said ill get you that cheese for free.... Ummm hello... I already paid?? Bad customer service drives me crazy!

A friend and I ordered the Friday special- 18 inch pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was fine. The garlic knots came blackened and hard. I called to talk to the manager, because clearly someone is not doing their job in the quality control department- no company should have ever let this out of their store! The manager said sorry, and offered to bring me cheesecake... I know it was probably busy because its Friday night, but please have some respect for your product by not sending it out like that.

I will have to try again another time. The young lady on the phone could not get the order right and was talking with someone else while on the phone with me. I cancelled my order after repeating the order for the third time and being quoted my order with items missing. Did not seem worth the aggravation of repeating the order a fourth time. Maybe Ill give them another try when I feel a bit more confident that the person answering the phone can actually take an order.

We just moved to the area and stopped in for a pizza to try it out. We LOVED it. The crust is perfect; the sauce is excellent and the toppings were fantastic. My husband had pepperoni and it wasnt dripping in grease like so many other pizzas. I had tomatoes and garlic and the garlic was the perfect amount - I didnt leave feeling/smelling like Id just eaten a clove of raw garlic. Overall, this is some of the best, inexpensive NY style pizza Ive had in a long time.

Its now called Primo Pizza NY Style. This is my favorite pizza in the area. Flavorful chewy crust and just the right amount of bubbly cheese. Delivery is always quick. I just wish they had the ability to save peoples info since I order from them so often. The only other thing I have eaten there is lasagna which was just average. The pizza is definitely their best offering.

The pizza and garlic knots are great, and the daily specials are good deals. However, Id recommend takeout, not eating in: the man at the counter was very rude to me and my wife, and continually poked fun at us for little things, for the whole restaurant to hear. We left soon after getting our food, and may not go back (we certainly wont be eating in there again).

Dont believe the Fake reviews on this site written by their marketing service. This place IS NOT AUTHENTIC ITALIAN. It is made by a bunch of Hispanics who also run a low-end taco truck that caters to the Cary high school across Walnut street. If you want pizza made by Mexicans, then go ahead. The health dept. should check out the taco truck.

Love Primo Pizza! Family owned business with fresh food and friendly service. Pizza is the best in Cary. Nice crispy crust, fresh sauce and non greasy cheese. Love their hot wings, fried cheese, calzones, salads, and more. Nothing fancy as far as atmosphere, but Excellent prices for such good honest food.

Used grubhub to order 2 meatball subs and received 2 dry chicken parmesan subs :-( of which were not consumed. I thought not a big deal, Ill call and get it fixed; however upon calling back I was told it was "just a sub"!! My daughter ate the dry sub and the other went in the garbage. BUYER BEWARE.

Solid pizza. Closest to NY pizza Ive found in the area. Good sauce. Dont be turned off by the way the interior looks. Pizza joints in NY arent very nice inside typically so. Its all about the food. Im giving it 4 starts not 5 because on occasion the pizza hasnt been done enough.

Very Happy
Very concerned with quality these people are.....were busy but made order thoroughly and very nicely!!! Seemed to be into what they were doing ...... really awesome ! Pleasently surprised! So glad there is a serious pizza place in Cary now not just posing or trying to rip people off

I love their calzones and their pizza. They are always cooked to perfection and have never been overcooked. The taste is fresh and the prices are great. We had tried several other small pizzerias looking for a great pizza since we moved here, but this one is hands down the best.

Called to place an order, I was put on hold (they set the phone down on the counter), employees were laughing and joking around for atleast 3 minutes before I hung up. I really wanted to try the pizza here because the reviews were so good. But that was terrible customer service.

I am a National Guard member here doing training for the Gov. Playoff football on TV and I did not want to go out. I ordered a sub and wings. Oh my goodness! Really good food and they delivered to my room. I will use again. They get the NCNG seal of approval.

I have been to this establishment many times. Their pizza is hot, fresh, delicious, and HUGE. The wait times are low, and the manager is an all around fun guy. This place has forever spoiled Papa Johns for me. Much better pizza! I will continue to return.

Great pizza. Fantastic eggplant parmigiano. Little trouble with order but it was rectified right away. Great staff, polite, totally accommodating when did not receive our exact order. Absolutely a place to come back to and make our place for puzza.

The toppings are fresh. The crust is fresh. The cheese is real. The sauce is fresh. The people are nice. Theres a blue devil on the ceiling. The atmosphere is pleasant. Theres outdoor seating. All in all, the pizza is good. I like this place.
