I ordered pizzas from this location today for a work event and will never order pizza from this place or Pizza Hut for that matter ever again. 1) When I called I literally was on hold for 7 minutes before being assisted, 2) I placed my order at 12:15 and was told that it would be about 45 minutes as it was lunch time and they were busy...ok, 3) 1:30pm no call, no show, and the staff pizza party I was throwing was scheduled to be at 1pm based on what I was told from the person I placed the order with, 4) I have a staff person call at 1:30pm and the response they got was that the delivery driver hadnt even left, 5) 1:45pm, I call and speak with the manager Tammy who was not helpful, who only provided excuses, and the fact that our business gives them a lot of business she didnt even offer to make amends or credit me....I had to ask what she had to offer for such a hassle and with no communication to us what was going on or that the pizza would be late, etc. 6) She only offered a $10 credit towards my next purchase which I explained there would be no further purchases from our facility if she didnt find a way to remedy this situation and at least credit me the minimal $10 on my current purchase. She said she couldnt find my ticket because the delivery driver had already left...I gave them my credit card information over the phone so I did not feel that was a valid explanation. In the end, I was so fed up with the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and trying to make it right, that I told her never mind, and that our company would no longer be using their business ever again! It took over 2 hours to get our delivery and the pizza was not even hot. Unbelievable! Especially when we are such a big contributor to their business.

I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO IF I COULD. I ORDERED A PIZZA ONLINE AT 8:40 PM FOR THE UVCOAST APARTMENTS (WITH NO STATEMENT THAT THEY DONT DELIVER HERE AFTER DARK**). IT TELLS ME IT WILL BE HERE BY 9:50 PM. NOTHING COMES BY 10:10 PM (20 MINUTES AFTER DE;LIVERY IS SUPPOSE TO OCCUR) I CALL THE PIZZA HUT STATING NOTHING HAS COME YET, THE GENTLEMAN NOT ONLY TAKES THE PHONE NUMBER TO GIVE TO THE DRIVER BUT INFORMS ME IT IS **ALREADY ON THE WAY** AT 10:33 PM - STILL NOTHING. I CALL BACK AGAIN AND A LADY ANSWERS AND TELLS ME THAT THEY DONT DELIVER TO THESE APARTMENTS AFTER DARK. OH GREAT SO NOW I HAVE WASTED TWO HOURS OF MY TIME AND IM STILL HUNGRY. IF I HAD PAID BY CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF SELECTING CASH, YOU CAN BET I WOULD BE COMING DOWN THERE TO COMPLAIN IN PERSON. WHAT A JOKE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I USED TO ORDER HERE TO MY OLD APARTMENTS ALL THE TIME - AND NOW I WILL NEVER CHOSE PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

I have been waiting for two hours for a drink they gave me someones brownie and I told the guy it was wrong and he argued with me about what I paid for I had to pull out my phone and show him what i ordered they were almost thirty minutes late bringing my food and Im still waiting on my drink I ordered at 5 something it is now 7:42 and I have still yet to receive the rest of my order this is rediculous the last time I ordered from here it took them and hour and a half and my pizza was cold and they forgot my drink that time as well and the cheese sticks had bsrly any cheese and it was made sloopy I have been calling g for two hours and they continue to hang up on me its not right to take peoples money and not give them what they paid for I will continue to call until I get money back or what I paid for

The food was very good and so was the service. However, the restaurant was filthy. There was all kinds of food on the floor including pepperoni, lots of crumbs and all kinds of bread pieces. The Board of Health should close this place. Also, the table and chairs are really run down. We sat down at a table and it was falling apart so we moved to another. Once seated at the second table, we had to change one of the chairs because it wasnt level and kept moving from side to side. Also, many tables had a pieces of paper or folded napkins(under one leg) so the tables wouldnt tilt one way or another. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Leaving now. Stood in line for 20 minutes with nobody behind at the register waiting to get breadsticks to go, never even ordered and she knew what I wanted already. Then the air conditioner vent dripped from the ceiling while I was standing at the register all over the back of my neck and dress. I went to get paper towels from a table to dry it off only to find 4 dirty tables covered in ants!!!!!! I turned around and left. I will not return to this location.

Never again will I go here. The customer service is terrible. The only reason I was going there was for my kids. They have messed up my orders several times over the last few visits. This last visit they forgot half my order. When I went to their location to get the rest of my order, they didnt say sorry or try to make things right for the huge inconvenience to me. There are better pizza places around there..Dont Go here.

They are rude and argue back with customers charge my card for something and never received... Instead of fixing the problem the general manager chose to go back and fourth with me.. My problem was not fixed what so ever... I work in the food indrusty and not one time did I ever thought it was okay to treat a customer and like that... Still to this day my Money is not on my card and my problem was not fixed

I dont remember the exact date but one evening my son wanted to have pizza and requested to bring one home on my way back from work. I planned to stop by the closest one as I would reach there by 21:51 (22:00 close). As I parked outside at 22:52 and was walking towards the door, a lady staff walked to the door and locked it on my face. I hated that and felt bad, wont step in there again.

i have had a horrible experience with this place cold pizza an hour late on my delivery . on top of that they left half my order at the store. then when i tried to contact the store they never answered my calls after 6 calls. i will never order from this location again terrible service. this is also the second time this has happened as well.

I unfortunately have to use this location if I want pizza hut, and I have never had a pizza delivered on time and the staff is rude and argumentative. Hopefully this entire location goes under new management soon because according to the rest of the Google reviews, Im not the only one who hates this location. NEED WHOLE NEW STAFF!!!!

Felt like I was getting cancer while waiting on the food. Service sucked and never got our breadsticks. Had two toddlers waiting an over an hour to eat. Completely unprofessional waitress. The manager was on Facebook while we checked out. Terrible pizza hut. I definitely dont recommend this place to anyone.
