Real good people work here, first off when we were unable to find anything at all for dinner, this was one of the places that was open and it took our order for take away. The guy who took our order went out of his way to provide us a better deal on the pizzas. Traveling with children has weird requirements at times and we needed spoons & forks to feed the kids. The cashier was kind enough to share a few with just a request. Good to feel that humans work here and not some money making machines.

Location definitely needs an update. The aesthetic of the building is kind of a turn off. Also every time I order theres something wrong with my pizza. I ask for extra pepperoni and theres hardly any. I ask for extra cheese and its mostly sauce. I know theyre always busy but Im not sure if Ill be returning, this is the 5th or 6th time this has happened.

Unfortunately they have no license to serve beer. Pizza was good. Restaurant typical Pizza hut style. Not the newest building. Salad bar was not very inviting, so we didnt choose to have a salad. Staff was very kind. Our cheapest dinner while in NYC and Niagara falls.

FREE WIFI High traffic during peak hours. Smaller dining area. Friendly servers. Average service speed. If youre not interested in experiencing superior local pizza/wing shops, (Buzzys Pizzeria is few doors down) this chain restaurant will suffice.

Worst service ever. First time here in Niagara Falls. On my birthday. I ordered 1 large & medium pizza. I just asked her question. She snapped at me over weight white girl. At 1010 pm on 07-24-2016. Never coming here again

Love this place, only complaint is uts so small and the bathroom is uncomfortable but they take care of my feeo when they make it. Food is prepaired well, tastes great, and is not rushed when they make it

Staff was great. I was pregnant and wanted my cheesy bread sticks a certain way and they happily adjusted for me and the lady even remembered my request the next time i ordered.

I always go there for pizza take out. The pizza is good, but the building would need a refresh. Everything in the place feels old. Staff is however great and very friendly.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Dont have much option in vegetarian. When I asked for the paneer topping the staff didnt knew what does paneer mean.
