This place only gets one star because I actually liked the pizza. Customer service is terrible. I ordered two wraps and other items around closing and they were inedible. There was no tuna on the wrap and they stuffed it with wet lettuce to make up for the lack of tuna. My chicken souvlaki wrap was so oily and wet from the lettuce that it slipped out of my hands when I tried to just hold it. I had to throw it away after two bites. I brought back a reciept after taking my disable mother home to buffalo, which consumed my day when Im helping her pack up all of her things into my car and then unload. Not a single apologize from the employees.They were mad at me for every complaining and offered me only a small credit. This is unacceptable. They were so rude and unapologetic. The absolute worse customer service Ive ever received. Im not sure why a business wouldnt keep receipts. I had the only itemized receipt I received but it was not suffienct enough proof. It wasnt even asking for a full refund. The girl that was working there when my Fiance picked it up was there, and it was absolutely dead when we picked it up, so Im not sure how she couldnt remember making it. But she wasnt a manager so her word doesnt mean anything.

Ive long been a fan of this place, but the pizza I ordered today was much much different than I remember. The cheese was sparse and not at all anything like it was before, rich and spiced. The sauce was plain and flavorless, when before you could see flakes of basil and pepper in it. The pepperoni was much thinner and less tasty, and the worst of all is that the dough was light and weak. The style of pizza I was used to from there was very thick and dense, and thats what I was expecting. I received nothing like that at all, and the prices didnt reflect the degradation in quality. Im very dissapointed. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places overall, and now Ill be exceptionally careful in ordering if I ever go back.

Excellent Pizza, wings, and chicken fingers. We had a graduation party for my son in Dunkirk area and ordered from the D&F plaza store. We ordered 4 large party pizzas of various kinds (pepperoni, chicken wing, black olive and mushroom) and a variety of chicken wings in a combo they offered. The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other local places...quality was excellent on everything...service was great and everything was ready at exactly the time we requested. Super value for the money. We stop here to get our Pizza and Wing "fix" when we visit from Kentucky.

Born and raised near the original location in Blasdell Ny I have since been gone over 10yrs and had never eaten at this location untill the last couple months.The pizza is great and so are the subs in fact everything we have gotten here has been VERY good.Not sure about the last reviewer but you can get a bad one at any place you go.I have NEVER had that problem here.Always hot fresh and very tasty.Especially if youre from the Buffalo area and in Dunkirk area or grew up in Buffalo its everything that you would expect.Would recommend this place to anyone. A+++++ good job folks!!

The food is very good. Ive never heard bad things about the food. The only negative thing is if you order from the Dunkirk location be sure to pick it up. delivery is by far the worst pizza delivery service in the area. Several people including my self had issues with their horrible delivery. if they tell you 35-45 minutes, be ready to have delivery close to one hour and a half. and thats just if you ordered 2 subs only. All in all food is good and delivery gets an F. better off calling a cab to get it for you, it will arrive a lot sooner.

I have used the various locations of Blasdell Pizza for many years but no longer after my recent experience with the Dunkirk location. We have had delivery issues in the past but this time the manager refused to accept responsibility for a mistake and suggested that it was my fault. When you order fingers should you get fingers or wings? I would recommend to ownership that you nip that customer service nightmare right in the bud. By the way, we love the food.

Responsive delivery, excellent pizza, and attention to detail. Far superior to Marias (except for Marias convenient drunk hours). Best pizzeria in the area. I would dock them a star for not matching Marias hours, but frankly its just unreasonable for anybody to be at work making pies in a hot kitchen past 10pm. Great work, Blasedell!

Best pizza around, however they keep cranking up the price. The price on their pizza special nights (Sun & Wed) has gone up over $2 in the last year. I can get a large stuff crust any night of the week from pizza hut for cheaper now. Prolly wont be ordering from here much anymore.

I just wrote a review and left a 10..but thats from a. Scale of 1-10...(10 meaning awesome)...so on this scale here I will give them a 30...I really liked it a lot..I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to eat..the food here is awesome!!!
