This is one of the worst, most mismanaged restaurants I have ever visited. The sole reason for visiting this restaurant twice over the last few months is my sons BookIt program. He earns certificates from school for free pizzas and is very excited to go. I normally enjoy Pizza Hut and the other ones I have been to are usually decent establishments. Lets list the reasons not to ever visit the Jamestown Pizza Hut (Fairmount) ever again. Terrible service on both occasions we have visited recently, however, I blame this on management as they seem to be severely understaffed. Overall, the place is dirty and looks to be in disrepair, from the parking lot, to the exterior of the building, and everything inside. On our first visit, we were one of 3 families in the entire restaurant and waited a half hour to receive our breadsticks and pizza at the same time. On tonights visit, we had the buffet which was way past fresh, and ordered cheese breadsticks as well. The breadsticks never came after waiting 45 minutes, and after leaving, I see I was also charged for them. Tonight, there were about 6-8 families eating while we were there with one waitress. Upon arrival, there were 2 people visibly yelling at each other in a heated argument behind the restaurant. As I exited my vehicle the male, who was apparently the manager, stormed to his vehicle and peeled out of the parking lot like a spoiled teenager. I took my son to the filthy bathroom to find no toilet paper and a stack of napkins sitting on top of the dispenser. The seat of our booth was covered in red duct tape and the support under the cushion was clearly broken. We had to wait almost 5 minutes just to be seated in a restaurant with maybe 10 people eating and no line. Overall, I enjoy Pizza Hut, but personally, I never plan on returning to the Jamestown location on Fairmount Ave.

This location used to be my favorite. Last couple visits were poor for several reasons. Property is in serious disrepair inside and out. We were almost only customers and service was on slow side. Our breadstick order didnt come before the pizza and when we asked where they were, THEN the waitress said they were bad and had to be redone. When we explained we didnt want them now she offered and took off our bill. The pizza was really greasier than normal. The pkg lot sidewalk curb right in front of entrance was badly crumbling and the booth where we sat was falling apart with pieces missing. Dont recommend this location.

we ordered the dinner for 2 . it was medium pizza with 2 drinks and salad bar. took for ever to get pizza and when we got pizza it was burned beyond recongnition . you couldnt tell there were toppings it was cooked so long that even the sauce was gone . worst pizza we evr had. ,my husband and i chocked down a piece and left the whole thing. they charged us 12.95 instead of 19.99 big deal thanks for the meal we couldnt eat we had to go to johnnys which we should of done in the first place. we went there on 04/24/10. it was hard even to put 1 star on the rating

Yes, in the past some of these reviews would be right on. However, they took down the old building and put up a new one. We were just at this Pizza Hut for its soft opening. Our office is just down the road and we got an invitation. Exactly what I would expect from this franchise. Service was good for the event. I had the sampler appetizer and Pepperoni Lovers pizza. My guest had wings. All the food was good. Nice to see they replaced the old building. Ill give it five stars, keeping in mind it is a new facility.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off let me start by saying this was not my first pizza choice but I needed a place that delivered. Well I live not even 5 minutes away and they could not even deliver even though I am in the same town. Not to mention the pizza sucks. They will not recieve my services ever again. Very unsatisfied.

Food was normal wait staff was not good at all. Didnt get plates for any of the food we ordered and had to ask. Didnt see her the whole time. Finally she came over we asked for boxes. She left the check but never came to retrieve it. We were the only people in there.

Love the pizza love the deals the delivery guys are a lot more prompt than most around town I love dining in and delivery! The employees are always friendly and professional! Great job guys keep up the good work and I will keep throwing my money at you lol!!!

They must have changed the recipe for the wings because the sauce is very watery, I would get wings every weekend but Ive limited my time going because it doesnt taste as good anymore.

Pizza Hut is always a standard for pizza and bread sticks. Customer service is average. Pizza Hut is a good place for moderate users, and is commissioner approved.

Just because we have great pizza around doesnt mean pizza hut is bad. The pizza is good, the service courteous, clean and reasonably timely.
