Terrible service especially the manager. We placed a online order of pizza and wings for delivery. Called immediately after order was placed to see how long it would be before it was delivered. I was told it would take 90 minutes for delivery 30 minutes for pick up. I changed it to pickup. After 30 minutes I sent to have the order to picked and it was not ready. I called the manager (Don) and he began to tell me how shorthanded they were and should not be much longer. Like this was our fault. 30 minutes later it was still not ready. I called back again and the manager said that it was sitting in the warmer. When we finally got the order and got back home the order was not correct. They had forgotten to give us our order of chicken wings. Called manager once again and of course this time he tried to blame the guy I sent to pick my order up for forgetting the wings. How could this be his fault. He was just picking up the order in my name. He did not know what all was ordered. I went to go pick up the wings and the Don would not come to the drive thru window to even speak to me. This has happened multiple times with this Pizza Hut. If the management at this store can not get things together instead of blaming the customer I think its time to be replaced with someone who actually can.

My boyfriend and I went to eat the day after a big snow when this pizza hut was open. We walked in, waited two minutes before anyone noticed us, and were then asked "What do you want?" We said we wanted to eat, and then were seated at the very back of the restaurant. We got one refill, that she forgot about till we reminded her twice. We ate off of the buffet, and before we finished the first plate they started removing the food from the buffet. Halfway through this, my boyfriend walked up to get more and they asked if he was still eating off of it (he had only had salad so far in the meal). Right after this, a manager came and said that he needed to move, now, because they needed to clear the spot he parked in, of snow, and that the rest of the lot had already been done. He then moved his vehicle, and we finished our meal. When we walked out, the spot he had been in had not been done, nor had the rest of the parking lot.

Ive never published a negative comment about any establishment but this Pizza Hut is absolutely terrible!. When it first opened the food was decent but the last three times Ive been Ive experienced horrible customer service, undercooked pizzas, and incorrect orders. There is absolutely no compensation when they mess up an order or the food is unacceptable. This evening when we called to let them know they had given us the wrong pizza, they actually blamed it on us. When we went to pick up the correct pizza, in addition to being undercooked and completely flavorless, there was no apology or offer to compensate us for the mess up or the second drive out to the restaurant. What ever happened to the customer is always right and pride in your work? We will NEVER go back to this location again. I guess Dominos will now get our patronage and that of every person I know in the area....

Amanda O was our server she has 3 tables. One that has 8 people and we have 3 people the other was 2 people a woman waited 14 min to get seated case she kept on going past her. If 3 tables is making her go this crazy. She dont need to be a server. And forgot straws at every table. We asked of the check. She said YOU NEED TO WAIT A MIN TO MY SON. she was glad i didnt get up and start making a seen. She was rude and it was uncalled for. 3 tables omg. Never in my life have a seen a waitress act like this aver that small amount of tables. Waited 16 more min on check. Then im still waiting on her to come and get the money and for my CHANGE. Its been 13 min so far lets see how long this is going to be now. Never again will i come here if this crazy person is working.

Called one time up there and these people didnt get my card number right...three damn times so I said nvm and hung up. Mom called back the second time and specifically re ordered everything then I went to pick up a LARGE!!..That my mom ordered and when I came to pick it up they didnt get my carry out pizza order when I came to get it??!! So had to re order again! What kind of slackness is that. Yall even doing your job? To top it off they came back and handed me a fkn MEDIUM pizza... Wtf. Idk what else to say besides yall should stop ordering from these guys cause the managers and workerssuck too.

For the life of me I cannot understand how this has 3.2 stars! Horrible experience every time I order delivery. The pizza is usually burnt or just taste plain awful, the delivery drivers are filthy dirty and jacked up and jittery when they arrive....desserts have been inedible twice - just poor quality all around. I live within delivery range but wont order from here again until they either get some new (competent) management or new staff.

It took the lunch crew 30 minutes to make two personal pan pizzas at 12:30pm. There were three other customers in the resturant and the manager said that he had a big order of 10 pizzas! The ice tea was bitter and the Coke was not mixed correctly. When we complained the manager, he didnt think anything was wrong! We wont be going back!

The service was aweful they could not even put an extra topping on my order they treated my daughter like crap i even got the main man of pizza hut to make it right and my daughter got a free pizza i would not go there if it was the last pizza place on earth

i order from here all the time. They always do a great job and have friendly delivery service people. The one time they got something wrong, I called it in and they fixed it immediately. I ended up getting two free pizzas out of their mistake!

No pan pizza on the buffet. 30 minutes and the empty pan is still on the buffet from before we came in. Waynesville Pizza Hut will get our business from now on!!!! Got our check, still not had lunch. Canton Pizza Hut, youre a slacker!!

We got lost at an interstate exit and found A Pizza Hut! The small town is very friendly and the Pizza Hut spotless. We were very happy to find this place, a very special place to stop and eat.

Sorta disapointed. The food is not as good as it used to be and there is not as much on the menu. Only 2 beers to choose from. Not a lot of people go here anymore and I can see why.

The location has good parking and the wait wasnt long. We visited here specifically for the pizza buffet, which was okay, but very limited in options when we arrived.

Great pizza my last visit! Thanks Pizza Hut! The pizza was perfect and a large 2 topping for 7.99 is a great deal. Pizza Hut Wing Street also has some great wings.
