I am 100% fed up with this place. I called tonight to order a pizza. It was late and close to midnight and not wanting to keep the employees late I decided to see when they closed first. The woman picks up the phone. "Delivery or Carryout" Me:" Before I order what time do you close" "Delivery or Carryout" ignoring me. Me:" Delivery" "My delivery is two hours out and we close in forty five minutes." Me: Ok then maam than... "Click" I could live with the tables being sticky there sometimes or with the fact that I have had to ask for a plate while eating there. I could careless about there being no working wifi, or the fact that Ive literally had to go in myself to make sure they get my order right because they messed it up four times in a row. However I will not be treated like crap and disrespected. Busy or not it does not hurt to say sorry were out two hours followed by have a good one.

I ordered a pizza and when it was about 20 minutes late from the hour they told me it would take. my friend called to see what happened. The man that was meant to deliver to me got on the phone and preceded to yell that he sat outside for 20 minutes and called me multiple times and stated that I even answered and then hung up. My friend repeated my number back to him and he said that was the number on the ticket. I took the phone and told him that I never got a call. He preceded to yell at me that he called my number. He repeated my number back to me and I said that was it. When he got here I checked the ticket and the phone number was wrong. When we opened the box to eat the pizza looked as if they had taken toppings off and we even found mushrooms in the bottom.

Called to place an order and the guy was rude and telling me about an item they didnt have and at the end I said I just would like to cancel the order but thank you and was not rude in any way and he just said yep and hung up. He talked over me and kept telling me I was wrong. I may have gotten an item mixed up on their menu but he was rude in the way of telling me that they dont have it. I can understand why they have a low rating here if they have employees like this there answering the phone.

Ordered online. Husband arrived at restaurant going through the drive thru. Four Workers couldnt find the order. My husband told the one what the order was, the next woker told my husband "you dont know what you ordered?" then told him we order at the wrong store..theres only one in sylva!!!! This is not the first time weve had issues. Last time they overcharged my card and want to give a free dessert instead of money back! Wont be returning to this place!

We usually order pizza from here about 3-4 times a month. We LOVE ordering online due to all the options, some that I never knew about until we first ordered online, such as drizzle sauces. We usually order four (sometimes six) pizzas each time and in the last six months, weve only had one pizza of one order that was wrong. Ive never had a problem with the service or food quality. My only wish is that they would extend their delivery area.

Ordered pan pizza...dough was not cook thoroughly, ordered wings....were far too hot for me to eat. Was NOT asked if I wanted them mild, medium or hot....and they werent wings, they were nuggets. Got cheesey bread sticks but only got a small amount of marinara sauce with them. Totally disappointed with this order. Will think twice next time we want pizza.

Always call and see if the fryer is working. Some days they close it as early as 6 for cleaning and dont allow it to be used for the rest off the night. This is the fourth time Ive gone to the wingstreet pizza Hut in sylva and been told I could not get wings with my order. When you close at 11 you shouldnt close down half if your kitchen at 6.

The inadequacy of this place is appalling. I ordered a pizza and some wings at 1:30 pm. At 2:30 pm I called the restaurant when the food had still not arrived. They made an excuse that there was an inspection that morning or something. If you want food you had better place your order 24 hrs in advance...

Nasty nasty food got my pizza and wings delivered to my motel had hair all over the pizza and the wings were so dry no juice or nothing waiting for them to bring my money back but it hasnt happened yet dont oreder from here!!im going to call corpoorate and speak to them...

Their employees fly through parking lots at 40+ miles per hour and came within 2 feet of hitting our customers. We called pizza hut about it and they said "our policy makes us void of parking lot speed limits because parking lots dont have posted speed limits".

I was told an hour for delivery. Food was punctual but barely room temp and the wings I ordered were not the right flavor. I work in the food industry and am not satisfied with accuracy of my order and will not be ordering from here again.

Having worked at a Pizza hut in the past, and seen the amount of oil that goes into the pan - these pizzas are fried. Sure, it tastes good, but nobody should ever eat the fried dough covered with cheese they call a pizza.
