Was visiting from out of town. Pizza hut was close to the motel we where staying at. So we decided just to order a pizza and pick it up for supper. When I called in my carry out order. You could tell the women answering the phone was new. Because she kept having to ask about everything. After finally getting my order she told me it would be about 30 minutes. So we wait thirty minutes. Go to pick it up and the girl comes to the window asked could she help us. We told her we was there to pick a call in. She said just a minute. After a few minutes we see serval people walking around like they was looking for something. The women comes to the window tells us the price takes the money. And said just a minute and Ill get your order. After five minutes she comes back to tell us their looking for our pizza. Waited another 10 minutes for I guess the manger she never said. But she tells us that our pizza had been giving to someone else. And we could have their pizza. Which was a meat lovers and the one I had order was a one topping. So we agree because by then I had to hungry kids ready to eat. So we take the pizza and she said let me get your wings and cheese sticks. So she comes back and gave them to us. Only to coming back saying hold on a minute thats garlic bites not cheese sticks. She then asked us if we wanted them or cheese sticks. We told her the cheese sticks we order so we give them back to her. She then says itll be five minutes almost 15 minutes later we get our cheese sticks. Which now everything else is cold. She told us that she was giving us a free two liter for all of our trouble. Twenty five dollars and over a hour wait for cold pizza.

Ordered my Pizza ahead of time so it would be ready when I picked it up. When I arrived a few minutes after it shouldve been ready I was told it would be right out. After about 10 minutes another employee came over to check on us and we were told it would be a few more minutes. 10 more minutes go by and another employee came to check on us and yet again we were told it would be a few more minutes, I complained we were told this twice already and she said they messed up our order and had to redo it. When we finally got our order it was WRONG! Very disappointed as this was for our daughters birthday party

If I could rate this 0 stars I would! How are you going to offer delivery and then call me after I have paid online and say "we dont have any delivery drivers"......you sapsuckers need to have an option to go online to show delivery is not available at this time!!!!! Then I come in and my order has been canceled! And I am glad I came in because I was able to see how nasty the place was on the inside! I definitely wouldnt have taken no pizza from this nasty place! Clean up instead of smoking!!!! Some girl outside smoking and goes back in and didnt wash her hands! Yes she worked there! Sorry sapsuckers!

The staff was extremely rude and were even rude to our waitress. We were looking up at one of the signs they have in the restaurant, which happened to be in the direction of the front counter. The staff behind the counter yelled to the waitress "Those people are staring at you!". The waitress later said she would be quitting soon because they are always rude to her. I felt bad for her but it was a very unprofessional establishment. I will never eat there again.

Ive given this restaurant three chances so I feel my next statement is fair: the worse service I have ever had! This last time we called our order in and used the drive thru. Once we got to the window, the woman said our order was never placed... Yet I have call log to prove I called. As for the two times before that, our pizza was either cold and nasty or under cooked. It is safe to say this Pizza Hut lost my business!

Took 45 minutes to get food when no one else was there but us. Pizza came out cold, my cup was dirty, staff was very rude, took us 15 minutes for someone to open a register for us to pay for our food. Floor was disgusting and full of dirt and food, looked as if the place had never been cleaned. They had alot of people working but yet everything was wrong. Bad service all around should have spent my money else where.

waiters name Cristina works in there she was rude, mean, no refill i have to walk to her ask for refill.. messed up my order then she blame me that i placed order wrong.....how i just dine in & ask her to repeat my order to go.... when i ask her to fix it she got mad then there was a big guy working in back rude come to me he said talk to me not to her.... very rude staff i hope management take action fix the staff

Disgusting...ended up leaving and still had to pay for salad which was the reason we left to begin with. Key point...if they cant keep clean food out on the salad bar they cant provide clean food from the kitchen. Lettace was rotting with black and brown spots. Broccoli, lettuce, carrots and cauliflower still had dirt on them. Never even washed before placing them in the container! Never coming back.

Pizza Hutt always has great deals! We prefer to order online & go to pick our food up ourselves just because its quicker for us but they do offer delivery! They offer buffet during the week for lunch and they always offer a salad bar. The restaurant is clean & looks nice & my family loves to eat from here. The restaurant has a large, flat parking lot with handicap parking right at the doors.

40 minutes for a personal pan, 15 minutes for a Pepsi refill. 2 other people in the entire restaurant. The pizza was good though. Glad we were not in a hurry. Another 15 minutes for the bill. Sorry, still no bill. Lets go with 20 minutes waiting on the bill. Decided to pay cash,got a 2 hour ride home and only have 5 hours left till dark. The debit machine might be too complicated

I just now left my cell phone on the table at p hut cherokee. When I shortly after remembered it was there an employee handed it over to me. When I tried to use it the phone had been reprogrammed by the employee and I could no longer access my information. He had jailbroken my phone and changed the pin number. LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT IT.

Staff argued with each other constantly. We werent given silverware I had to get my own. We waited 45 minutes for a pizza and there was only 3 couples including us in the place. The guy said there was an order mix up... The waitress never even came back to ask if we needed more beverage. NEVER STOPPING HERE AGAIN

Always terrible. They wont deliver to my house because Im too far out. They stop their delivery route to the business directly located across the street from me. Their food is terrible and almost always cold. I wouldnt wish a dinner from this store on my worst enemy.
