Terrible service. We ordered pizza online at 5:25pm. The pick up time that generated was 5:50pm. We arrived at 5:50 and were told that or order would take another 20 minutes "or so". We finally got our order at 6:20. The lobby was packed with people who had been waiting - some for over an hour. Then the manager starts yelling at the employee working the counter. The whole lobby heard it. The poor employee started crying right there in front of everyone. I felt horrible for her. The food is standard Pizza Hut quality. The service was horrible.

I placed an order for delivery and i guess i accidentally put in my phone number wrong. I waited almost 2 hours and called the store. They said my order was cancelled because they thought it was a "prank order" because of the phone number. Why would i pay with a debit card if it was a prank order??? I have never had a good experience with this location. I placed an order for carry out a few months back and waited 45 mins in the store only to find out my order had been ready the entire time. Never got an apology. I wont ever order again.

the pizza barely had sauce, i asked for extra onions. seems as though they were thrown in at the last minute. the onions had a very funny texture like they were frozen or overcooked and then cooked again in the oven! the wings were soggy and nasty and sticky!! just not the same, $24 wasted!! way too expensive.

Lousy location every time you call its at least hour and a half to deliver. Just took me twenty minutes on hold to place my order. Told kids we are no longer ordering from here. There are enough other pizza places that are far more efficient and less expensive than this place.

Amazing quality here. They must have gotten a lot better since 2 years ago because Ive never had an issue with the service either. Theyre quick to serve and always have met the time generated online or beat it, and its always 15 mins.
