Went to this Pizza Hut on July 7 kids wanted little ceasers I dont like little ceasers so me and the wife ordered pizza from here when I walked in I was greeted at the counter for 2-3 minutes so as Im standing there to be serviced I noticed an employee (Kristen) is the name I believe she was in the back area where the make the food I could see her through the two pizza holding boxes she was eating a sandwich on the prep table as Im standing there observing her eat this sandwich and lick the ranch off her fingers,wipe her mouth put fingers in her mouth she walked away touched the computer walked back continued to eat while never washing her hands so finally shes takes another bite licks her fingers again she walked to the fryer boxed someones chicken order and again she never washed her hand so finally she was the on that came to wait on me I payed her and asked to speak to a manager so the managers came his name was mike and he tells me she never did that I didnt know what I was talking about remember people I cook for a living I know the kitchen like the back of my hand so he becomes irate with me I asked for my money back and told him I would contact corporate which I did that evening and they said someone would contact me in1-3 days its been a week havent heard back yet now remember she still hasnt washed her hands bye this time she never left out of my sight I was discusdid with all these germs and diseases around you can seriously get someone sick so my suggestion is to avoid this place bye all means

WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, MY WIFE AND I ORDERED TWO PIZZAS AFTER A LONG DAY RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING AND WAS GIVEN SOME OLD PIZZAS THAT APPEARED TO BE WHAT WE ORDERED SINCE I WAS IN A RUSH AND GLANCED AT THEM, WE ORDERED ONLINE ON THE PIZZA HUT APP ON MY SMART PHONE AND WILL NEVER EAT THERE FOOD AGAIN, EVERYTHING WAS ALL BAD, MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE AND SO WAS THE STAFF, THEY WERE AOL RUSHING TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY AND WOULD NOT REMAKE OUR FOOD, THEY OFFERED FREE POP SINCE THE PIZZA WERE WRONG AND CRAZY ME TOOK THE BAIT, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

We order from this place at least 2 to 4 times a month. Never had any real issues and the food is already great. The one time we had an issues the store forgot one of our toppings. When we called they were real polite and rushed the correct pizza to us. The delivery guys are always nice and very appreciating of the tips we always give. No idea why so many bad reviews. Must be either naturally angry people or just a bad night.

TEENSY WEENSY chicken pieces! This is one of the only reasons I give it only 3 stars. The delivery was timely - but the driver had to see my card, which is not the norm...weird... Prices are a bit high...dont like that but the boneless chicken I ordered was VERY VERY small, almost a joke....This is dissuading me from ordering Pizza Hut in the future.. Other than that. The pizza was stellar and the service was fine...

This place has horrible customer service. I ordered from them twice within a week the first time they called me and told me I had to come pick up my order because they had no driver. The second time I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to receive my order needless to say I wont be ordering from them anymore.

The manager was rude, he even told me I was not going to get him fired. Refuse to give me corporate number or address. He stated it was a franchise. 1 employee name Josh was to nice to be there, if it was not for him my other side would have came out.

This store is the best! The staff are always friendly, the food is great, always made on time. They always tell you what they can and cannot do when placing an order, and apologize if they are unable to fufill the request.

I ordered some boneless wings and got one that was half-eaten. Called to the store, Manager was rude. Never going to buy from there again, dont recommend going there.
