The Girl Behind The Shades
My friend called at 9:41PM on May 29TH, 2017 and we were told it would be about 45 minutes for the delivery then when she asked for the address she stated they didnt deliver out this far. So of course I called today because I wasnt born yesterday and low and behold they actually DO deliver out to the same address given the night before and the guy I spoke with wouldnt apologize for the employees incorrect information. Needless to say we wont ever be going to a place where the employees are too lazy to tell the customer the truth.

After ordering and paying online they attempted to call. After seeing the missed call I called back, was placed on hold for 11 minutes and then I was told that my order was cancelled due to us not contacting them back - Simply do not offer online service if you insist that follow up calls are needed.

We love pizza hut. The employees are so friendly and nice, it makes us go back for more. My only complaint are the lack of deals on stuffed crust, or pizza with wings, but thats o.k. because the pizzas always come out perfect and hot . Exceptional wings too.

Everytime I place an order I get there and they dont even have it in the computer. They also always get the order messed up. They give you stuff theyve had sitting there all day when you ask to have your order re-done.
