The majority of the ordering staff is unorganized, slow, and doesnt get customers in and out in a timely manor. I waited 20 minutes behind one other person in the call ahead line whose order was lost in translation, and instead of taking care of the 3 of us with orders ready the server waited on the customer to text back and forth with the rest of her ordering party to figure out the order. From the time I walked in to the time I left the eat in staff had moved 15+ people through the line, some of which were near done eating by the time I was leaving. Between the store and my 5 minute commute back to work our food was already cold. We were ecstatic to hear they were opening a Chipotle near us, and with slow unorganized service like this it makes it hard to justify eating there. Call ahead ordering is a time saving measure, and from the time I left work till I was back was almost 40 minutes.

I was here the other day when I was picking up my friend from the airport and driving back to my home in Canada. I have only been to Chipotle twice now, including this one, and have no idea how to order and as soon as I see all the options I get super intimidated. The staff were soooooo nice though and there was one girl handing out coupons and I said I didnt need one because I was Canadian and we have like no Chipotles around and she proceeded to ask if Canada was cool which I can only assume was a pun and I loved it. I said "of course Canadas cool ;)" and she told me she wanted to live there, and we had a fun little chat. The food was SOOOOO good and I left super stuffed and not regretting a single thing. They also had really great soda that Ive never had before (sparkling juice? I got blackberry), and that was also so cool. Thanks Chipotle in Detroit on 94! Youre the best <3

Wait waited longer than normal. Could be cleaner but not bad, especially based on other reviews. Got the burrito bowl, with onions and peppers and chicken. The peppers and onions were burnt and so was the chicken. Ive never experienced this at Chipotle, and Ive been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants. Paid $9 for burnt food. Wont come back to this one. They need to get a manager who is checking on the workers. They move very slowly and clearly dont watch the grilling well. Update: called and spoke to manager. He just transfered to this location 2 days ago to work on problems. Very willing to listen, correct and make it right. I wish him luck, hes got a job ahead with workers who are so slow and dont care. Gave two stars since was cleaned than expected based on reviews, and managers great attitude.

I was so excited for this opening and I have been satisfied so far. I am surprised with the bad experiences other people have had here. Not that I dont believe them, just glad I have always had good service and food. I have come here a lot since it opened and only one time was I disappointed in my steam burrito. Also I have learned that pretty much any Chipotle you go to will have a long line of people unless its like like down time hours so I order call a heads to avoid waiting. As for the cleanliness, I have seen it rather dirty at times but usually there is a huge line and customers always want food asap. Luckily I have not experienced bad service here.

Apprehensive with the issues they were having recently but decided to try it out with my buy one get one coupon. The menu is limited which is the first thing i noticed, so they better hit a homerun on what they do. I ordered a bowl and tacos. The bowl was good and i had barbacoa in it for the first time. Surprisingly it was amazing. The tacos with steak was disappointing. The steak was chewy. I thought it was just one piece and kept eating but it was all of the steak. It was chewy and fatty. Stick with the barbacoa. Would i try it again? Sure but i would steer away from steak. The service was fine.

i usually go to chipotle and get a nice full bowl, but today i was greeted with an overly friendly smile and about half the usual portion. They said corporate is cracking down on portions and that if i wanted more The would happily put more. I WANT A BOWL THATS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I DONT WANT TO HECKLE FOR A FAIR PORTION. WATCH OUT IF YOU GO AND IF YOU GO KEEP ASKING FOR MORE UNTIL THEY ASK IF YOU WANNA PAY MORE BECAUSE THEY WILL SKIMP YOU IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT! WILL NOT RETURN!

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Tuesday afternoon 4:30 pm. Soda machine spewing air, no clean tables, filthy service counter, filthy soda area, filthy floor. Multiple workers standing around register, placing orders on top of the nasty dirty counter. Was there 20 minutes and not one table or counter was wiped. Tacos were standard and chips were stale. First and last time at this one!

Best food and service I ever had and now Im addicted to it, specially that everyone who works there know my name, I set up my meal online and when its says its should be good to be picked up at 12:15 that means its good to be picked up, Im always there at 12:14 and its always ready and always fresh its amazing every time, and I do appreciate the fact that they respect my time.

Terrible location, utterly filthy inside. The service is exceptionally slow, probably the slowest location in the Midwest. Im honestly surprised they havent managed to run off their entire customer base with their burnt and improperly seasoned meat. Waste of money and time, Id rather take a drive to another location and get properly prepared food.

I usually go to this Chipotle about once a week. As of lately, Ive received good service and the place is fairly clean. This place used to be an awful representation of Chipotle but it has improved quite a lot.
