We didnt plan a wedding or anything we just simply went there several days to relax by the pool/beach. Very nice because its a short walking distance to the beach and when there is a low tide you can find some great shells. Drinks are readily available along with a small menu if you should get hungry. The pool is very nice (nicer than the BHI Club pool) and relaxing. There were daily activities for the kids. The only thing I would do is suggest they work on their menu options for the snack bar. The only thing you need to take there is some sunscreen and a good book. Anything else you need is already there.

Probably one of the most spectacular views in North Carolina. Recent change in Chef, with unique "islandy" cooking style and focus on locally sourced foods. Excellent seafood options; but dont worry land-lubbers, there are other options that are also really good. We regularly order every App on the menu, a salad or two and deserts to split. (We miss the tapas menu from the past.) Great way to taste the menu. Staff is newer too, friendly and professional.

Went to my nephews rehearsal dinner there and it was fabulous! The views of the east beach are beautiful. We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous sunset. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good! Large venue events many times have average food, but here it was terrific. The catfish was superb as well as the many other foods served. Fun times!

Shoals Club is definitely a must do dinner when at Bald Head. The food, especially the crab cakes, is always so delicious and the service is usually very attentive and efficient. Besides the dining, the shoals club also has a great pool and small market with ice cream that is SO good. The poolside food service is a lot slower, but is worth the wait.

We stayed at Bald Head Island for a week and the Shoals Club was definitely a highlight. The pool is nice and the lap swim was helpful for training. The views are breathtaking and food is tasty too.

The soft pretzels were hard as a rock one day but another day they were delicous . The slushies are great but epensive 6Bucks each !! It has a great pool and sand area highly recommended

Beautiful facility great food and drinks available.. Just one small complaint wish they could call adult swim once in awhile too many small children in the main pool.

The service was a bit slow due to the summer rush. The atmosphere wasnt great either because there are mostly young kids at the club, but the food was great!
