I go to this store every week. My grandsons love it. However, I just cant stand the service provided by this one gentlemen (I use the term loosely). The first few weeks he started, he would chew bubble gum and blow bubbles the whole time when making a sub. GROSS! Someone must have said something about that as I no longer see him chewing gum. Bad service every time he is working. Bad attitude! Tonight, I arrived there was one customer just finishing up ringing out. A couple in front of me, who ordered 3 halfs and 1 whole sub. His interaction with them was just downright unfriendly. The it came to be my turn. 3 whole subs, 2 bowls of potato soup and a cookie. When asked for bacon cooked separately, he THROWS it on the paper, then THROWS it in the microwave. He never speaks (I think he may be mute). I asked for mozzerella cheese on my sub, he sprinkled very, very little across the sub and started to throw it in the oven. I asked him if usually there is more cheese than that, at which time he tipped the container upside down and tapped the container over the sub, then stormed into the cooler for another container of cheese. When another customer came in, he looked up with a disgusted look and went back to making the subs. Now for the soup deal..... how ridiculous! Is it normal practice, to only fill the bowl half way and charge full price? Apparently he was scraping the bottom of the pot, got burned and made a spectacle of himself. I understand he was working alone tonight, but dont take it out on the customers! I for one refuse to be served by this guy again! If I enter the store and he is there I will turn right back around and go to Wegmans or Aunt Cookies! The reciept shows his name as Will 9/14/2015 7:33;29 Trans# 1/A-57134

I have great experience every time I come in. Their are 2 subways in town. This subway is by far the best between them.
