Horrible service! It was pouring down rain so we went through the drive thru. They forgot part of our order so we had to go back. At the speaker they told us they would make it and bring it out to us. 5 minutes later we were still sitting and waiting. I got soaked as I walked in. Two kids were sitting around doing nothing when I asked about my order. They hadnt even started the food. They were not busy. No compensation for their mistake and no sorry. If I could give them a 0 I would! Let me add we got home with the food and one item they put chicken in and my child is allergic to chicken. I made it clear that it was just supposed to be cheese and not chicken.

We had vowed never to return to this joint based on previous bad experiences, but they really ticked me off last night. With McDonalds temporarily gone and Chick Fil A already closed, we were looking for somewhere to get an iced tea. We checked the web site and it said they were open until 11pm, so we made the trip. We arrived at 10:38, and they turned off the lights and the drive through box, then sat there looking at us through the drive through window as we drove around. The signs on the door say 11:00 too. How are they still in business?

Worst food and often times service Ive experienced in my 40+ years eating fast food. Came home tonight with tacos that only had meat and cheese and were supposed to be "supreme". The food tasted horrible. I called to speak to the Manager and the rude person on the other end of the phone (no idea if it was the Manager) only said "yeah" and hung up on me. Last time I ever go to this location and I encourage anyone else in the area to do so. Chick-Fil-A is coming soon and will put this miserable place out of business I hope!

They have one of the most efficient and hardworking staff in all the Purcellville. I will say, there night manager Anand, usually wears a black and white check shirt is very helpful and always recommend great deals. There front and drive thru cashiers are also very respectful and patient and the food is also served fresh and with consistent quality. Keep up the great work and I do recommend this place to others as well, who wants to taste some great tasting fried chicken. Loly

I asked for a double chalupa they gave me a soft shelled mess tasted terrible, you need to teach your workers how to make food when working at a fast food restaurant. ill be coming back to complain in person. I also asked for a burrito supreme came with no tomatoes nor cheese, this is pathetic.

Drove to this Taco Bell all the way from Gore, VA to find a car parked in the drive-thru with a handwritten sign that said, "Drive-through closed. Come in. Thanks." Then, found a hand-written sign on the door that said, "Only serve KFC." Maybe they ran out of Taco Bell supplies? All of them?

Management is not very friendly or knowledgeable. Had to wait 15 min for an order of chicken tenders and the manager told me I needed to be more patient when I asked where my food was. Then they gave me the wrong order and argued with me about that.
