Food is good, building is really showing its age and lack of detail by management - lots of dust on the applebees rejected decor. Clearly the details are being skipped by current management - this place must have been amazing in 1988 when it appears to have last been renovated (or built). Burnt out light bulbs, bathrooms with more attention to blocking off a urinal then cleanliness or actually just hiring someone to fix the damn thing. The layout of the place wastes a ton of space and is really difficult to navigate and has a lot of choke points. Burger was ok, a bit overpriced actually, with fried potato wedges that half had some sort of spicy salt on them the other half no seasoning. Except the gentleman clearing tables (and doing a great job of it) the staff was unremarkable and lacked eye contact in any interaction. Not exactly the self proclaimed "greatest" burger in the world. In desperate need of a remodel and rejuvenation of staff.

I have always loved Fuddruckers over the years. The hamburgers have always been wonderful but the cookies in the bakery were always a special treat. We would always get a dozen to take home after our meal. After our visit last weekend, I must say we were disappointed. The burgers were decent but the place seemed dirty and the employees were very unfriendly. Then we went to get some cookies and the young lady at the very dirty bakery area was so put out that she had to help me. Then, the cookies were so horrible. Quality and level of service has suffered and I am not sure if we will be back.

I took the family today, we all got combos with dessert. Going rate per piece was about $8.60 without tax. That was a burger, fries, three cookies. Everything was good , topping bar clean along with the tables. Manager met us at the front door and all staff was friendly. Food quality just the same as I have come to expect with this chain. If you rate it based upon this style of restaurant, it will meet your expectations. If you compare it to all the fine dining in Asheville it will be subpar.

We havent been to Fuddruckers in quite awhile. Though it was never our favorite burger, it used to be pretty good. Apparently, in the meantime, they have stopped using real beef and or have started using some kind of filler. Simply put, the hamburgers were horrible. When we cut them open, they had a strange texture and were gray colored. We spent too much money (could have eaten much better food for much less) and left feeling ill. We will never go back.

Service was fine, but the food was surprisingly substandard. The burgers were ok, but not as good as at other fuddruckers. Fries were horrible - old and freezer burned. One of the folks in our group had a milkshake and said it was also horrible. Taxi driver warned us about this restaurant the night before. We should have listened to her. Fuddruckers corporate needs to get this location to tighten up.

Ordering a taco salad on and got the lettuce didnt get to meet they were rude about it my girlfriend had a hamburger was not even cooked correctly if theyre going to cook it they are cook it right and if you order a taco salad yard get a taco salad not just a taco with salad didnt have I said I didnt have no me I wouldnt I wouldnt go back there ever again and if I have anything to do about it I wont

I asked for a refund for my fries and the lady there, which seemed to be the manager, said that my basket was more full when she sent it out and she walked away; I ate about 3 fries. When I then tried to ask if I could trade it out for something else she walked away and acted like I wasnt even there. Very terrible customer service. I would go back but as long as shes there Im never going to!

Consistently good, fresh burgers. House made buns are amazing - airy and yeasty - and you can buy them individually to take home and make your own burgers or sandwiches. The only occasions where my order came out incorrectly were fixed immediately; the customer service is top notch, with the manager typically visible and working alongside the other staff.

I have never seen such a shabby dirty place. The floor looked like it hadnt been mopped and there was trash all over. I cancelled my order when the cashier sneezed all over the register, then used his bare hand to wipe the snot from his nose directly onto his shirt. Disgusting! I called the health department and complained...

They have pretty amazing burgers, but my favorite is the chicken taco salad, but dont get it to go, eat it there, and keep reloading the lettuc and tomatoes from the fixins bar (I like to squirt a dab of the nacho and add a few jalapenos for variety). Go after 6:30 or 7:00 for dinner, they arent usually as busy.

Super-greasy meat, and their "mayo" is Miracle Whip, which is pretty much the opposite of mayonnaise. If you want to celebrate American chain-store mediocrity in a town overflowing with incredible local restaurants with comparative pricing and superior products, then Fuddruckers is the place to do it!

Very nice place. It appeared clean. My food was cooked perfect to order, we had ordered one Burger medium and the other Burger well-done and it came out exactly right. This place is kind of limited on beer selection if thats to your taste.

We went to eat there and just as we got done eatting my little girl looked down and seen roaches crowning in the set we were in. We stopped eatting and told the manger on duty. He told me me it was just that time of the year. 1-2-16

The place is always packed, but you never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get your food. The burgers are great and you can fix it how you want it. Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely worth trying!

Not sure if it was the time of day when I visited Fuddruckers but everyone was there was a grandparent. No big deal but thought it was funny. Service was slow, food not the worst, restaurantwas clean.

We drive from Brevard, and no matter how long the line is, we always receive the burger and fries just the way we ask...we are okay with the fact that they make our butts fat. Go Fuddruckers!!
