This could possibly be the worst burger I have ever had. The experience started out great. The line to order moved quickly. The young lady at the register was knowledgeable and helpful. This is something that is hard to find today. I was told that my order would take 12 to 15 minutes which is acceptable for food being cooked to order. I had a seat at the counter where you can see into the kitchen and watch your food being prepared. Here is what I saw, the cook grabbed a partially cooked burger from a pan sitting beside the grill and placed it on the grill. He processed to give the burger a couple of presses and then seasoned it and flipped it and repeated the process on the other side add cheese and covered with a lid to melt the cheese. Thus process dose not sound that bad. My burger hit the window and the person bagging had to aak for the side of fries twice before he could finish my order. This entire process took less than 4 minutes that is right 4 minutes (order placed at 1:23 PM and food in hand ar 1:27 PM) Thus seemed way to quick When I unwrapped the burger and took a bite it was mushy and had a rancid taste and smell. At this point I took a closer look at this burger, the bottom bun was red and when you pinch it the pink juices came out like squeezing a sponge. I ordered the burger medium which is hot pink center but in actuality it was a slightly warm brown center simular to ground beef left out unwrapped over night. I split the burger open and found it to be mealy and brown and I ciuld take the beef out of the center and reform it into a party that actually held its form. How this was allowed to be served I will never understand. As I said the worst burger I have ever had.

We come to this new location often. My family and I waited over a half hour to receive our food which usually takes 10 minutes or less. Only 1 sof our sons received his kids meal 10 minutes after arriving, while the rest of the family waited patiently . We knew things were busy , so we didnt say much about the wait. Once we received our food, the manager James came over and reimbursed us two fold for waiting patiently and for our order taking an unusually long time. He also pointed out that we were loyal customers which I didnt know he even ever took note of! They are always very cheerful, friendly , accommodating . We were truly appreciative because we werent expecting such a nice gesture. This is a great place for our vegan , vegetarian, and meat eating needs. Thank you!

Ive never been to the Farm Burger over in downtown, but Ive enjoyed what Ive had from this one. I really dig their parmesan french fries and their topping selection for burgers. I will say it is a bit pricey though, and I think you could build an as enjoyable burger over at Five Guys across the road and save a couple bucks. However, Farm Burger does offer a much better selection of burger patties (different meats, or no meat) and some interesting toppings some may find worth the extra few bucks. I typically stick with whatever creation they have for their lunch special, but I think its all pretty solid food. Havent had their milkshakes, but Ive heard theyre tasty as well!

FB was on my top 5 list for burgers and today they made it to number 1. Since I was heading to the airport, I thought that I should try (for the first time) the Hendersonville store. Same great cheeseburger and fries - nice cold local draft beer too! I wanted to take some boiled peanuts (FB has the best!) on my flight but I had not planned for it. The staff, after learning this, packaged the peanuts for my flight!!! Thank you to the great staff. The burgers and fries are consistently excellent.

We stopped here after hearing about a long wait and tupelo honey and farm burger was able to seat our whole party immediately with a little shuffling around. The service was great and the burger with an egg on it (+ 1 of everything offered on the menu) was wonderful. Next time, I might ask for half the garlic, though, and get the spicy mayo. I liked everything about this place and will likely request it next visit. My wife had a chicken sandwich she raved about, too.

The food was amazing and very large portions, but great prices for combos (which they tell you about and push those and help you save money, rather than suggesting the most expensive item). The workers are all very friendly and although it is not restaurant that you are waited on, I left a couple dollars for a tip because they went out of their way for so many different things that was not expected, nor necessary, but very appreciated.

OK burger fries where over cooked sent them back came out over cooked again I didnt go for the 3rd time just ready to eat the burger I think 5 guys is better. Now for something positive the kale salad is amazing with the chicken Patty so go and try that and skip the other maybe or maybe it was a bad day One other thing if someone from the place reads this, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR FLY PROBLEM!

The food is good and it is always less crowded than its downtown counterpart. Ive been a few times and have been satisfied every time. A big shoutout to the GM, James. He went above and beyond to correct a misunderstanding on an order. I had no idea he was the GM at the time of contact. Great managment leads to a great experience and I wish more places had managment like James.

Quality of ingredients and unique toppings are great. The last few times weve visited we have had mixed service. Burgers are inconsistently cooked to specification. Medium well come out medium rare or rare on a few occasions. Fries both regular and sweet potato are delicious. They also have very satisfying salads.

What a welcome addition to the SoAshe scene!! Reasonably priced and sustainably sourced food thats delicious and convenient. I know the health benefits of grass-fed beef but often find it a bit gamey. Not at Farm Burger. Must be the dry aging of the beef. You can count me as a regular.

I have a severe corn allergy thus I am allergic to table salt (it has dextrose in it which is a corn sugar) and Farm Burger has allowed me to eat fries again because they offer unsalted fries!!! They have been so accommodating to my corn allergy. I highly recommend eating here!!!

Number one burger joint in Asheville it allows you to create your own burgers really great fries and for goodness sakes they keep up with their milkshakes with the seasons which is pretty cool nice place to sit down and just relax and have a nice burger on your day off

Farm Burger is great in all respects except the one that matters to me the most: the vegan burger is hard to eat. Ive had it twice now and it was exactly the same both times. MUSHY and falls part in your hands. PLEASE work on this! Very good fries, though.

I prefer it to the downtown location, if only because it has parking and the line isnt usually out the door onto the sidewalk. The burgers are fantastic, and theyd better be, because there is a great deal of competition within walking distance.
