Worst Checkers I have ever been to. Instead of listening to our order, the cashier was instead paying attention to the music playing and missed half of what we said. Then while they were already taking an eternity to prepare our order they took someone elses order (which was bigger than our own), filled it, AND then handed it out to them before ours because they happened to be friends with the group. Took around 15-20 minutes to finally get only half of what we wanted but to avoid waiting any longer we decided not to go back. The food we did get though was very disappointing, extremely greasy and the burgers were the tiniest I have EVER seen. Will never return.

I honestly dont know why anyone is complaining. Working at checkers is hard. Being a crew member, you are expected to do everything. Its hard enough learning everything and having to deal with rude customers. Why dont the people giving the employees a hard time get in there and see how difficult it is.. They get busy and hit with 6 or 7 cars at once.. its frustrating on the employees as well.. If you were doing their job.. you wound have a hard time too.. so shut up.. stop eating out and cook at home. Complain so much. DO COME

The only reason I ever come to this location is because I live across the street. 30 minutes and counting for a chicken bites box and 3 ice creams.. Brought wings out for the guy behind me and I am still waiting... Fast food this is not and the staff all act as though they would rather be anywhere else. They act as though I am bothering them to order. And to top it off in the Florida heat they bring the 1 of 3 ice creams and 5 minutes later the other... These do not look like the photos in any way...

This is by far the worst Checkers ever!! No matter what time of the day or night only one drive thru is open, you can never order any type of ice cream due to the fact that for days & weeks at a time the machine isnt working! After waiting in drive thur for 17min for your food & get cold fries and your bun for the is hard & stale! Ive tried to give this location a couple of chances and each experience have been bad. So Im done Ill drive over to University location!

Its okay. They could use a little work on their intercom system. The food is usually good and hot and not taste like its been sitting for hours. The lady literally made me back up and pull back in which was a bit disturbing, but her manager did get on to her about how dangerous it was to have us do that. We had just come back from fishing it was just an odd experience. Cudos to the manager though because yes that isnt safe and he was doing his job.

Financially Unstable Taxes

They constantly screw up orders, and do almost nothing to fix it. My friend ordered an 8 dollar burger, and didnt even receive it. The cook put hot sauce in the chili, although nobody ordered hot sauce? We ordered 4 plain hotdogs, and got 1 with barbecue sauce, and they were trying to give us other peoples orders and cleaned it was its, even though we showed them our receipt. Horrible staff, soggy food, slow service, and rude attitudes.

The food was cold and not all the way cooked . When my husband called to talk to the manager about the problem he just laughed and when my husband went back down to Checkers he refused to refund our money or give us hot fresh food . Will never eat there or recommend this trash food to anyone. Cant believe they are still open . Maybe after someone gets sick off their cold uncooked food the manager will take it serious.

Went out to get some food at 1 am. Got to Checkers, could not take credit cards. I asked why they couldnt take credit cards and the woman said because the machine was out. Got cash at an ATM went back, they were out of ice cream and onion rings. When I complained they got VERY nasty. Are you kidding me? How does a fast food place run out of the fast food? Has to be the worst run operation on the planet.

I ordered two melty steak zillas 1 w/ bacon and an extra large fry, and I got 2 bacon zillas and an extra large fried. I didnt notice until I got back to the house so I went back to Checkers to get the correct order I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food and it was still incorrect and I spent $16 on three items its ridiculous I will not be returning

i wish i could give this a 5 star cuz the food is so good but the staff are so rude i sat at the order menu for 10min and could not get any one to come over the speaker i pulled up to the window and they flipped out on me said they was not ready to take my order yet when i was the only one in the lot waiting

Just got home. Opened the bag to find that they managed to get two of the four items we ordered wrong. Come on people... this isnt brain surgery. You have got one job to do and you failed. I think the manager was the one who actually filled our order. Visited on 7/11/15 at 9PM.

Worst customer service ever. Watch an employee preparing someone elses food rubbing his eyes and playing with his hair then start to prepare my food subsequently had to ask the manager to have him replace his gloves before he proceeded to prepare my food

Just went there at 11:50 pm and one of the lanes were closed with a bike blocking cars from entering, once we pulled up to the open lane they told us they closed at 11:30 pm, but Google said they close at 3:00 am. Something sketchy is going on there.

Awful food here every time. This time the fries were not completely second cooked very soggy and greasy. The left side drive thru is always closed. Also no napkins at all. No thank you or any response from the drive thru cashier.

Good food and the customers are ungrateful for it. They are also really mean to staff. Love Checkers and hate the mistreatment. You guys keep doing you and ignore those customers that want to be morons.

Its a checkers! Greasy food thats regrettably delicious! Expect to sit in line for atleast 10 minutes. Dont stick around in the parking lot too long or you may start to regret coming to Checkers.
