This place is an absolute mess, in every sense of the word, and I am completely shocked that this location is still open, at this point. I go to this location, a lot, unfortunately, because it is literally minutes from my house. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Without fail, they screw up literally my entire order. Tuesday night, my husband and myself made the poor choice to get dinner, from this location. First off, whoever was working the drivethru, was mumbling so much, we could barely understand what he was saying to us, and kept having to repeat what we were saying. We grab our food, and before we even leave the parking lot, realize they forgot my husbands fries. Not the end of the world, but aggravating when it happens all the time. He gets his fries, we go to leave and decide to check the rest of the food. ALL THREE of our sandwhiches were completely wrong. I decide to go in this time, as my husband was furious. They have a manager there, that looks like shes fresh out of highschool, and definitely doesnt know what shes doing. She had all three sandwhiches remade, and her apology, was that they have new people.............I guess that must be the case almost weekly for that place. Half of the staff looks very dirty and unkempt, and honestly, looks like none of them care about the quality of their work......as long as theyre getting a paycheck.

The cashier didnt even pay attention to us she had to be told by her manager to pay attention to the the cashier said she was stocking but i know she was eating because she had ketchup on her chin and juice on her shirt also the cashier had green hair very unprofessional looking uniforms i am not so sure but i think the cashier was scratching herself and her hair then didnt wash her hands very unprofessional and nasty it took ten minutes to get our food if the manager wasnt there we would have walked out then as we were leaving i had shoved out of way by the other cashier who had coffee in her hands without saying excuse me or nothing also the tables were nasty we will never come here again

EVERY time I go to this location they screw up my order in the drive thru. EVERY time. How hard is it to follow simple instruction on a computer monitor or might be because they cant read. If I order and pay for something I expect it to be in the bag. If it is not with my order but you have accepted my money you are STEALING from me. A word to any future BK customers. If they tell you to pull forward so they can serve customers behind you while they are preparing your order tell them No thank you. Then just wait at the window but be sure to check your order before you leave. The people behind you will just have to wait, after all it is first come first served.

The folks that work here are rude and inconsiderate. The manager has a real bad attitude and really does not care for customer service. Not sure if he is just lazy or that is the way he has lived his life. I understand that some people have a weight issue but I know I work hard at work and my personal appearance matters to me . If he keeps the kitchen the way he keeps himself I would run from this restaurant. The bathrooms are always a mess and it just seems as if the store is sloppy and everyone works in slow motion. Either go to Mc Donalds or try the Burger King that is south of Gulfview Square Mall

We had a terrible time. The bathroom smelt like urine. The person making my burgers was rude. My dinner guest was afraid to say anything but his 10 piece chicken nuggets tasted like the fry oil was in serious need of changing. The woman that prepared my burgers got hostile when I asked for fresh meat after she had almost completed them. She started throwing things around and getting all upset. There were a few other things that happened but it gave us great dinner conversation.

They take weeks just to look at applications NEVER even tell you if you got rejected hang up on you if you call during lunch rush but they will easily hire a methhead (that lives down the road) before someone who used to be a head chef at redlobster they are rude as hell and everyone gives you dirty looks wen you walk in

I asked for double bacon instead of bacon and sausage... I get 3 price of bacon on biscuit... Thats it... I take it back... And they slap egg and cold cheese and another layer of bacon on it and then give it back... This king sucks...necer eat her gin and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

The food was hot and staff was friendly but the fact that whenever I am in this location it is always the dirtiest place Ive ever been into. The lobby floor is so sticky not one table was clean, drink station a mess everything was and felt filthy .

I used to work for them they got ants all over the place they lie about working with flexible schedules and they have managers favoritism the managers will stick their bare hands into the food and eat it they r THE worst place I have worked for

This is the worse fast food location in the county! Do not eat here! We have tried it on several occasions and it is consistently bad in all areas of possibility. It is more than worth it to drive to another BK or ANY OTHER place.

Depending on the time of day you go dictates your level of customer service and food quality. However more times than not our food is either over cooked or undercooked, cold, and never do they get the order right the first time.

Food was good and hot. Bathroom was only for 1 person at a time. So if you have to lay pipe and you are waiting to get in the pipe may break and then you got a mess on your hands and clothes.

I had a bacon and cheese wrapped chicken with tea. Small. Quick service, crispy and juicy chicken. Little light on salt but thats just preference. Will come again
