This place takes a unique Idea to an Old classic "the hamburger" Located in the Historic and Picturesque Grove arcade, BurgerWorx spins an interesting idea of ordering and delivers a good quality product. You start with a custom printed Dry erase board thats loaded with basically everything they have to offer.. you can fine tune your burger down to the smallest detail Picking not only the type of meat, but Bun/cheese/toppings/and ..well you get the point... If thats too much work for you they have several pre maid selections to choose from to save you from the pain of trying to pick yourself...so many options help!!!.. The food was..very good.. its served in all things via a plain paper bag.. They call out your number and pick it up at the counter. There is ample seating inside,but I recomend if the weather is nice to dine al fresco and people watch.. If youre looking for a Good burger and onion rings thats literally made your way... then this is your place...

First, the food: It was good! The burgers are not big, giant, fat-burgers like so many places serve these days but it was bigger than a McD quarter-pounder. A good size, and there are a lot of toppings to choose from. The fries are great. You can tell they were cut and cooked right there, and theyre really good. The servings of fries are huge; the counter guy said the three of us could split a large order, and he was right. The downside to the fries was that when we got down to the bottom of the bag they were definitely oversalted; could have been a one-time thing. These could be the best burgers and fries in Asheville. The place itself: We got there a little before 6 on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet, which was good because we wanted to talk. The music was nice. But after a little bit, the music got too loud and visiting was difficult so we left.

The burgers are always super tasty, they come out fast and HOT. Never a microwave involved. Plus they do online app ordering now, or you can create a masterpiece on their markerboards. The best part is the entire crew is incredibly friendly. This is genuine too, not the fake customer service smiles! Ive probably eaten here about 20 times now and, honest to God, never had a problem with anything. I put up some pics for the phone app, if you want to try it out.

over all the food and staff are great!! Only one small problem, i get put on hold and no one picks phone back up, then the line stays busy for hours cause girl forgets the phone is off the hook. I tried to fax my order in (cool option!) but fax got sent back saying line is busy. might want to look into that. and might need to remember you have customers waiting on the phone too! =) But, like i said, food is AMAZING and the staff is cool. Cool atmosphere!!!!

Best burger in town. ~$8-9 for a double-beef burger with a good amount of toppings (MUST get the fried egg and mushrooms). The burger is perhaps slightly smaller in diameter than what you may typically find at idk a Ruby Tuesday or something, but makes up for it in height and is certainly better than a burger you would get at a restaurant. Friendly staff as well.

I cant get enough Burgerworx, they have quite possibly the best veggie burger in town and those fresh cut fries cant be beat! They had to raise prices a bit recently which sucks but unfortunately its just the cost of doing business and as long as the quality is top notch I dont mind too bad. It can get really busy during lunchtime so plan accordingly.

This is one of the better burger places downtown. The food can be rather greasy, but youre there to order a burger and fries, not a salad with a cup of fruit. The pricings appropriate for what you get and the environment is great.

Meat was a little dry and I was disappointed that the buns were just plain and generic buns you can get at the dollar store. Overall the burger was good but not stellar. Fries were probably the better tasting option.

Similar to "Which Wich" in Atlanta and Jacksonville, you fill out a simple form indicating what you want on your burger, etc... Service was fast, and food was outstanding. Try the WORX sauce.
