Ordered in the drive thru, she confirmed but didnt ask what I wanted to drink, waited, she started talking to a friend, so I waited longer. Still no total, no what to drink, asked if shes there? Nothing! so I pulled up. She acted like she had never heard my order, even though she confirmed it with me! Had me wait with the window open while they made it from start to finish. I would have been fine pulling forwards. She instead took this time to talk to her friend in the front some more while we waited and her line built up. Drive thru really just needs to work on time management and learn the pattern, without talking to others. The food was pretty good for fast food, but probably wont go back.

Went there tonight it was the worst service Ive had in a very long time. They gave me random drinks didnt ask the size Id lie, girl was very rude, and the fries were cold. I was trying to be simple because I was aware how late it was and didnt want to put any duress on the staff. I guess it didnt matter because the people who worked there were already irritated and unfriendly. Worked in the food industry for a long time and Im aware how frustrating these jobs can be, but tonight was unacceptable. Never go here, youve got McDonalds and Taco Bell right next door.

They need to close this place down!!! Every time they get my order wrong. I stop asking them to add extra or not to put mayo on. Today I ordered a fully loaded crossandich. And got a chicken bisket. Cold Tatar tots. That was turned upside down. Maybe, these people should quit talking to their freinds over the counter and keep their damn minds on their job. Im going to eat the loss on this one.And never eat their again! And that sucks because I love BK.

The ABSOLUTELY FILTHIEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN IN MY 56 YEARS !!!! Floors, booths, even the childs high chair was covered with black filth. The mens restroom was deplorable...feces all over the toilet the place looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. As was the whole establishment. I got a severe case of diarrhea with severe cramps after eating there. For your health and families health avoid this filthy dump !!!!!!

This Burger King is a fast food restaurant with a great location. It is close to the interstate access and near red lights that help drivers move about in traffic. It is open for breakfast, lunch and supper hours. I have always had great service, nice employees and clean most of the time. Of course lunch is the busiest time of day and service is a little slower. Clean restrooms with handicap access. Drive through available also.

These other reviews are really out dated. I know someone who works here, they have fired a lot of employees and most of the old managers. The food will only be cold if you wait till you get home to eat it. Their chicken is really yummy, and I like the deluxe (with mayo) It is like a whopper with less calories and a better price tag.The bathrooms are clean, and the front well maintained, and they have wife and a tv.

Website says this burger king dining room is open til 11 p.m. my husband and I walked because we are from out of town and doors locked and refused to take order thru drive thru because we were on foot. If your employees cant do any better than that then you need to get rid of them!!!

They have no clue to the meaning of fast food nor hot food. Wish Corp will come down on them. If i wante a wopper again ill wast on more time on these people. Ill drive to the Patton ave store. Ive never had a problem at that one.

First visit in a long time. No problems, as expected for the chain, good product. Between here and McDonalds, this short strip in general, I always seem to run into some sketchy character that makes me wish I was somewhere else.

Terrible service at 5 pm today. Employees and supervisor good care less that out order was wrong. Not only did the staff not express regret but they never even said any initial pleasantries. Service was just awful!

I stood in line for five mins before anyone asking what I wanted and another 10 just to wait for my food. By the time I got my burger is was cold. I didnt want to waste anymore time so I ate my food cold.

Decent for BK and fairly reliable. The few times I visit, I usually just get a burger. It typically comes out correct and hot. Cant ask for too much more from fast food.
