Such small stuff to complain about a BK breakfast...there are so many bigger things to focus on...but when expectations dont match what its supposed to be, a bad breakfast is truly a disappointment. I got the 2 for $4 sausage egg croissant special while driving thru on a day when I was in a rush.... Really!! This is the second time experiencing this here....this BK routinely saves money by splitting the fake egg into one thin layer rather than give a whole double layered folded egg on each croissant as shown in the picture.... It was just a disappointing imbalance of cheap greasy meat and too much bread that left me still looking for an egg for breakfast. I didnt have time to turn around when I discovered their money saving approach...Im sure they would fix this if I asked, just didnt have the time to be a PITA today. Also to complain about a $4 breakfast online is not my style, but they offer no email outlet to quietly complain. Egg Mcmuffins from now on!! Ill remember now to drive the extra 2 miles

Who ever owns this shop should fire everyone and start all over. Every time i go to this location they mess up the order which would be fine everyone makes mistakes but the fact that every time i stop in everyone who is working is just rude and unhappy. I get it you work at a fast food place and that isnt the most fun thing in the world but if im simply pointing out that i asked for no mayo and there is mayo on my burger thats no reason to give me attitude that was your mistake. Or if i ask for extra zesty sauce for the 3 fries i just purchased then it should be the end of the dang world. Its incredibly frustrating when you go to an established to get food and have the workers treat you like you are a 2 year old who is asking for unrealistic things. If im spending $20 on 2 sandwiches and a couple of things of fries i think sparing 2 extra cups of dipping sauce shouldnt call for treating a paying customer like a thief.

When they first opened i was plesantly surprised with how well mannered the employees were. It seemed like this burger king was following in the foot steps of chick-fil-a (taking your name, well groomed staff and cleanliness). However, each experience since then has been getting worse. Today was my last straw... In the drive through the lady in front of me had a giant dog in her truck. The employees were admiring it and thats all fine and well... Until this one employee WALKED OUT OF THE BUILDING TO PET IT!! THIS IS A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT! You handle my food after you pet so giant slobbery dog. When i got up to the window to pay the girl was talking to another employee over her ear piece about, "Some nasty lady was about to dump her food on the floor in the lobby." I will not be returning ever. Your employees have proven that they lack appropriate training in manners and food handling. GROSS!

Its too bad that I couldnt rate this place half a star because Ive experienced the worst service at this burger King. I once waited about 20 minutes for an icee i wanted just for someone to finally tell me that it was down. I also had ordered a meal inside and the lady gave me the wrong icee flavor. I ask for coke and I was given a strawberry shortcake. Just last night my boyfriend ordered food through the drive through and completely got the wrong order. They are lucky that I didnt make him back up and throw it in their face. He had also asked for a large fry and only got about 5 in a large container. We had just realized this when we got home but this is just a list of how much bullshit that has happened at this burger King.

My wife & a guest waited ten minutes & watched mixed order after order. Clerk never acknowledged us; customer ahead of us was still waiting to get his order corrected way after we had been waited on. Customers complained their orders were wrong, they even came in from drive-in, left off cheese, drinks werent right. We almost walked out like some other customers did. Then to top it all off another manager, I assume he was with his "white" shirt on help poor communication skills, I understand they are New; now is the time for a survey on their service which has gone down drastically.

Extremely slow service.... young girl at counter talking with boys not ordering food for 3 minutes and turned around after they left register area and did bot take our order. Oder finally taken....burgers sat 5 minutes while fries were put down. What a joke of a "fast food" restaurant. Never returning! McDonalds hands down on service..... this place need a staff overhaul! Every table in place filthy!!!

Not big fans of fast food joints but we had a taste for a solid Burger, the Whooper never lets me down....Not only was it fresh but it was hot and tasty, the onion rings werent to shabby also. The store was very clean...took a little longer than "fast" but we were enjoying life and werent in a hurry. Spoke with the GM "Nick", nice young man learning the ropes, very pleasant. Good luck

I had gone there at 8 in the morning one time and i had pulled into the drive thru. I was the only car there in the drive thru and I was there for 10 min before someone even asked my order. Also there have been several times where the sweet tea has just tasted awful. Today the sweet tea was very repulsive it had tasted as if they had never cleaned the iced tea maker. Tasted very dirty.

This BK is a new restaurant. My wife and I have visited frequently. Depending on the staff it has been the best and the worst. One evening I went through the drive through and ordered a cone. The clerk said the 2 cars in front of me had large orders so she brought me my cone out the door so I wouldnt have to wait. Ive also experienced a total lack of effort by other staff members.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This Burger King has the worst service I have ever seen. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes to be ignored while the other lane was being helped. It was noon, there should be 2 or more working the drive thru at peak lunch hours!!!

Slowest fast-food Ive ever been too. No matter the time of day you go through the drive thru theres an automatic 8 to 10 min wait sometimes even longer....staff is nice but the wait is just ridiculous. Management needs to start a time limit by when orders should be put out.

The staff arent very quirky. Tables and floors are always dirty and it attracts ants. Almost never crowded indoors.
