Absolutely horrible service, I order online all the time and practically every time they mess something up. Its primarily guacamole that they forget, but often times I ask for shredded lettuce and dont receive that either. I highly advise that they get a separate designated area for their online orders, because they just seem so rushed to me. When they have 30 people in line and just try to stick in an online order, it doesnt really work out well, because they are at the same time interfering with the employees who are making orders for people in line. Overall, this is a very poorly run location, and I do not advise going to eat here. If you would like a quality Chipotle experience, try the Niagara Falls Boulevard location, they are always organized and their online ordering is much better. Ive never had a flaw with them, but dont waste your time with this location.

Past few times Ive went staff wasnt friendly, never looked up. Food seems to always be dry and the chips never cooked properly. Today I felt hurtled like cattle while being the only person in line. Trying to decide what I wanted on my meal, taking maybe an extra 3 seconds more than usual... and got yelled, "sour cream or cheese?" Well I felt intimidated now and didnt even know what to chose. So I said cheese, decided I wanted a LITTLE extra and she hands me a hand full and says "HERE". Now my meal is half cheese half other items combined. I didnt get to compleate my order to my liking because I felt so rushed and under valued. I dont know whats going on with this location but this is one of the worst experiences ever!! Never going back.

Its hit and miss here. When it is on, oh man does it ever hit the spot, then you return remembering your last experience and the person spooning your bowl/burrito gets skimpy on the scoops. Sometimes you get hooked up other times your left thinking really? I wish there was more consistency with the portions, seating is almost always a problem because this location is always jamming, even late at night. Even with its downfalls though its hard not to come back. Ive never had a rude service experience here but there is some that care more than others. It was more fun to visit when Fro-yo was next door, you could really get your fat on then..

Worst location we have have ever been to. We are from Chicago and they are all busy and still know how to give out fast, clean service. This place was soooooo sloppy, all the sauces where pouring over to the next. They were arguing over who was doing what, one guys pants hanging below his ass. When they closed my bowl the lady got sour cream all over and the cashier said "there is sour cream all over" and the other person just shrugged. Neither one of them wiped it off. Had I not been so hungry from traveling I would have left. The only good thing from their sloppy serving and service was. We got extra guacamole and lettuce

Staff is usually pretty rude and uninterested at this Chipotle location. While cashing me out, the cashier didnt say a word, not a "thanks come again", not a "have a good one", nothing. Im sure theres a few nice employees, but not good enough. Food is pretty average for chipotle, but they dont make the burritos or bowls as large as other locations. If you have time, go to the one on Niagara Falls Blvd for a nice staff and bigger portions, but if youre in the area and starving, eat here.

Usually love this place, but I went in today and the service was ATROCIOUS. The two guys behind the counter could not be bothered with the customers; whispering in each others ears was so much more important, apparently. I did not get my food the way I asked! There was a long line, as usual, so I just took it the way it was. The woman at the register was very nice and customer-oriented, I have to say, but those guys...ugh! Sat. May 9th 2:30 pm.

Food is good but last three times we have tried ordering ahead they lost our order or didnt acknowledge it before we got there. After 15 minute wait for an order placed ahead today, they said they lost it and suggested we wait in line to make a new order (20 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready for pick up). Poor management and unable to handle times of high volume. We wont be back to this location.

I used to be a big fan of Chipotle, but I have been rather unimpressed as time has gone on. The food quality and flavor seems to have declined as the chains popularity has grown. They put far too much cilantro in everything for my taste, with no options to not include it. You can get better quality mexican food for less money at many other restaurants. Chipotle does have the benefit of carry-out.

Worst chipotle ever! I had 5 things to order - the guy at the front of the assembly line wouldnt take each order - first he HAD to know how many bowls, how many burritos, how many tacos. the checkout girl ran my card so fast that she didnt ask for the chiptopia rewards and just apathetically looked at me when I showed her my card because there was nothing she could do.

We come across the border specifically to this Chipotle location when shopping. It is our familys favourite location. Great staff, clean restaurant, generous portions with several gluten free menu options. The manager in particular was very welcoming when he found out we were from Canada and loved his restaurant. We will be back again, and again.

NEVER picks up phone when I called. Trying to place an order but I guess they dont want to serve people. Got hung up on twice. I understand its a busy place especially during busy hours but at least someone can pick up and quickly jot an order down. Finally went in person and they still messed up my order. Very unfriendly.

The staff seemed very uninterested and after being asked if a burrito was a part of our order we said yes to put it in the bag, they didnt, then when we called to have it brought to us because Im stuck at work, they told us they would, an hour later I called and told us they were not going to.

When you are in need of a quick burrito (or bowl) chipotle comes to the rescue..this particular location lines move quickly,even tho it gets busy sometimes..the places is rather clean and the employees are usually nice..

GR8 staff, very friendly and cooperative. I was in there tonight and they seemed short staffed, the place was packed and the kids were still very pleasant and apologetic for it being slow. Love it here.

Pretty good here. Love the barbacoa. Beer selection a little off with blue moon, angry orchard? Hot salsa and medium salsa verde very good.
