My husband and I are frequent customers, the employees are familiar with us and our 1 year old. Going out to eat hasnt been much of an option lately but we do still order takeout from here. Last night, while I was at work, my husband ordered us our "usual". Because we practically get the same thing every time, we know how much it should come to. My husband paid $50 for two entrees and thats it. We were missing our salsa, bean dip, and chips when he got home. When he called back, he was told with no issue that he could come back and grab what he orginally paid for. BUT, when he got there, he was greeted rudely AND CALLED A WEDO! For those who dont know Hispanic slang its basically calling my husband a "cracker"!! My husband knew exactly what THE MANAGER called him, and called him out on it. He was given a full refund, but thats not enough for me!!! I am so livid that I want to make it aware that we will no longer be coming back to you. Frequent customers for over a year and thats how you treat us? Disgusting.

I heard all good things about this place, it was very nicely remodeled... I was disappointed but I think it could have been avoided... My server was rude and unhelpful! I dont know Mexican food so when I asked questions to be guided she looked at me like I was nuts! She was not helpful and didnt seem like she wanted to be bothered! She told me to get tacos but Im sure there was smthn better that I didnt know of, so I did, they were ok but the rice was bland and I was puzzled why a cold toss salad was on a scorching hot plate.... I will go back cuz I think it was just bad service cuz of the lady I had... The other Mexican servers I feel would prob be more helpful. They can prob guide me better to smthn I would like. It was strange that she was the only server not Mexican, shes got shoulder length brown hair.. They should re-evaluate that... Or she should be more knowledgable and helpful!!!

Went here today with my husband, son, mom and dad. First time here and we were not disappointed. Best Mexican we have had in the Buffalo area. For the 5 of us to eat there plus drinks (one being a margarita and one being beer) it cost us $85 which isnt too bad for some great food. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. I think the waiter always plays a big part in the experience at any restaurant and ours was outstanding. They have indoor seating, outdoor seating and then an enclosed outdoor area. I had the enchilada supreme and my husband has the steak chimichangas. Both were outstanding and you get a huge plate of food. They have a little amigos menu for kids under 12 so my son got a taco and burrito. He didnt eat any of the taco but he was gobbling up the burrito. Will definitely be going here again.

Ive lived in south buffalo for 5 years and just now came across this amazing Mexican restaurant. Ive always craved good Mexican food in Buffalo but have always been disappointed. Before I moved here, I lived in Georgia and Texas, home of some of the best Mexican food out there. This place stacks up very well. Huge portions, and I mean huge. (One plate is enough for two people, or plenty of leftovers). Vegetarian friendly, with a great mixed veggie burrito smothered in delicious queso. This place is definitely a hole in the wall, but hands down the best authentic Mexican food in western New York. Only complaint is that the margarita was a little weak, but it was only 3.50, and the complimentary bean and cheese dip made me forget about that too.

Food was absolutely amazing. However the service wasnt so great. Our server seemed to have an attitude with us and never smiled at us once... even when hed look in our direction he gave us such a mean stare. I asked for my guac on the side and he said yeah you can have it, and never came back to the table until he dropped the check. He didnt offer us dessert, just put the check down and walked way. My group did come in about an hour before close and as a server I understand how that can be annoying, I usually trying giving most servers the benefit of the doubt but this service was just too poor and unacceptable. I would most definitely go back for the fact the food was amazing and as long as I have a different server, Ill be satisfied completely.

Great Mexican place in the burbs. Small inside, only 6 tables in the dining area but a big bar and a few more tables in the bar area. It looks like they are remodeling the outside to include a nice patio for the summer. Very friendly staff, good service and if you go away hungry from here, somethings wrong, the portions are big! Chips are brought out right away along with the traditional salsa for dipping but ALSO, a bean dip/queso which was delicious. The tacos, burritos, beans, rice....all fantastic, served hot and fresh. Service was great and the prices are very reasonable. I cant wait to return!

I have been to this restaurant in Elma, several times and I highly recommended it to my sons soccer team for after their game. I asked when we got there if we were too late...It was a little past 9. they replied "nope, come on in" We got our food about 9:45 and at 10:03 ALL 6 of the staff members had on their coats, were tapping their foot and staring at us with their arms folded. I was embarrassed that I spoke so highly of this place and we were getting treated like that. They lost a lot of customers, including me and I am saddened about that. Good Bye, Don Juan!!

Waste of money. Bartender came from kitchen and had NO idea how to make a vodka and Tomatoe? Whaaaa? Order carefully I say to the rest of our friends. He stayed standing at the bar playing on his phone the entire visit. Food was horrible, all of our tables drinks were wrong and unfortunately I will never darken the door again. WoW, A very appauling experience and honestly I was almost in awe asking myself how people that have no clue what there doing risk such an investment.

Really good food, the staff was not as good as I expected, mostly because the place is new and most of their staff is also new. But I recommend this place 100% I am updating this review as of January 11 2017. I ordered a carne asada and they give me some other type of meat, not marinated and very dry, quality of food decreased or new cook?? Either way i think Im not going back to this place

Horrendous service. Wait staff doesnt listen or care. All orders were wrong. Drinks were warm. Our server couldnt have cared any less. 4 out of 5 items were microwaved. Oh, and only one unisex bathroom for the whole place. Edited to reply to owner: This was the Buffalo location. I dont know who the waiter was. Seriously though, almost every was microwaved.

I dont know if thee cook is just off his game today or what. Our chicken nachos had few chips and was more like soup. We love this place. We may have to rethink it after ordering our beer and it was 15 minutes before happy hour. We were told we could not get the happy hour price. Then we had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to change out the keg.
