So I went out to eat with a group of 7 tonight, 3 of us just moved here from Texas, the others were visiting. First of all we all placed our order at once, everyones fijitasa start to come out, everyone had a plate but me, 10 minutes had passed before he come to ask WHAT I HAD ORDERED.. he forgot I ordered a burger. By the time it got to the table everyone had finished their meal so I had to put it in a to go box. After we got our check we asked why he charged us for a side of rice if the meal comes with it he said we ordered beans when indeed we ordered rice. After the waiter took off the side he had the balls to come to a table full of Texans and call us CABRON which means bastard or cunt! Needless to say we will not be back. I hope that waiter enjoyed not getting a tip from us.

Im very surprised at this visit. We waited 10 minutes before we had to call a waitress over to ask who will be waiting on us. The person didnt know who our waiter/waitress was. Once the waitress finally took our order. We waited for 30 minutes or more for our food. We set with items needing to be refilled. Once again we had to contact someone and ask for that. I usually dont like to complain but everyone around us was getting serviced and food came really quick. Even people that came after us. Im very disappointed. Looks like we will have to find another restaurant.

We decided to eat here since we were in the area, and we have an El Dorado we frequent in Raleigh which we like very much. What a disappointment! Everything was substandard, even the salsa was bad! The rice was bland and mushy, the refried beans tasted off. Nothing that we ordered was worth having. Ive had a lot of run of the mill chain Mexican food that was nothing special, but was at least edible. That is not even the case here, the food is just plain BAD. Stay away is my recommendation.

Popular restaurant chain in the Triangle area which happens to be one of the most authentic around. Great staff, great food, and awesome bar area with Daily Specials all week. Extensive menu leaving you with something different you can try each time that you have a chance to dine in. This is also a GrubHub Restaurant so they can deliver really fast as well. Located in a convenient location close to Southpoint Mall off of Highway 55 in the shopping center.

I have been around to many different Mexican restaurants and this one was one of the best, especially for the price. I had the Chicken Zuizas (Green Enchildas) with the salsa verde sauce on top and it was wonderful. Just the right amount of heat for me too, since I like things a little spicy. I will certainly be returning in the near future. BTW, I do agree with the Morgan in the review below... The chips were a little stale.

Good Food, Affordable Prices. I used to frequent the restaurant on Thursdays for their $2 draft beers, but since switching to night shift I find myself just ordering take out for dinner. My favorites are their Torta (Sandwich) and anything with their Carne Azada. I usually order my tacos on Flour tortillas, and add Lettuce, Tomato, and Cheese (at no extra cost). Expect to pay $8 for three tacos with rice and beans.

This place will make you fall in love with Mexican food. Ive never had bad food here and in fact if something is incorrect with your order they will fix it without questions or hestitaion. Mr. Fransico is the best server here. Ask for him and you shall see. After about 2 visits he can remember your last order with no menu. IMPRESSIVE!!!! Try them out as they have daily food and drink specials!!!!!!!!!

Always fast and friendly with great food and drink. I always get the chicken nachos for my meal even though its a appetizer. I Have tried other things on the menu and they were all great but the chicken nachos are the best. plus Im no small guy and I have never been able to finish my plate. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic mexican food.

Well this was my first experience at this restaurant and the food was not good. My friend ordered a burrito that was covered in too much cheese and filled with mostly green peppers and alittle of steak. I ordered a mojara which is fried fish and it had absolutly no flavor and full of grease. I would not come back to eat here. The nachos and salsa were good!

We just moved to this part of town, so we were looking for a Mexican place near us. We will definitly return. We had chicken fajitas. The chicken was good & there were plenty of sides. Service was quick. The main negative is that the chips were stale. They either left them out too long or dont store them properly.

Its cheap Mexican. Nothing unique, nothing special. As long as thats what youre expecting, you wont be dissapointed. Value for dollar I dont think its possible to cook for cheaper so thats good. Its 100% consistent each time, another plus. Super fast. But yeah, somehow its best positives seem like negatives too...

The food was disgusting....I payed 23 for 2 entrees one which was a salad and the salad was very nasty..Dressing to go with it was nasty, Very disappointing I can only find great mexican food at Los Tres Magueyes in Brier creek or El Rodeo across from Sams club in Durham NC..Do not waste your money here

TERRIBLE ATTENTION! WE WERE THERE 15 MIN WAITING FOR THEM TO BRING US THE MENU AND CHIPS AND WE JUST LEFT BECAUSE THEY NEVER CAME AND THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY! WE CAME ACROSS THE STREET TO CINCO DE MAYO AND THEY WERE REALLY FAST! WE LOVED IT! TOTALLY RECOMMEND CINCO DE MAYO!

Remarkably bad food. Everything poor quality - salsa little more than ketchup, ground beef tasted nothing like meat, all food just tasted like cooking oil. You really are better off at taco bell. Iced tea and service were passable, but little else was.

Absolutely my go-to Mexican place in South Durham. They have several astounding dishes that I always order when I dont know exactly what I want. They have great drink specials that also make it very worth while, and a friendly wait-staff.

Shout out to this restaurant, moved from California 5 years ago and have not been able to find a place that makes good Chili Verde. Well the search is finally over! Really nice staff, decent bar, now my go to Mexican restaurant.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go. The service is great and food has always been good. But when I was there recently I saw a large roach running across the floor. Not exactly what you want to see while dining.

This place is great! Reminds me of more authentic west coast MRs. Probably a great place to bring an office gang and definitely a pick for an extended business traveler. They even have a cervesa special every week day.

Best Mexican restaurant for lunch (and probably for dinner, havent tried) in the area. Depending on the day, the service is typically pretty decent. The food is good at a reasonable price, and the salsa is delicious!
