I guess the problem is more me, than the food here. Were mostly "vegetarians", and there really are no vegetarian options. A friend whos spent a lot of time in Japan said this is very genuine. The food was good quality, service prompt and friendly. The menu is small and focused, Ramen about 4 different ways, all with pork, maybe one chicken. I had one with the pork (I said mostly) and it was good. But I cant see coming more than very rarely. I guess for me something less traditional like Gaijin Ramen in Cherrydale, with seafood and vegetarian options, is a better fit.

I love this place! Im hooked on the Spicy Miso Ramen...so hooked that Ive been ordering it every week for like a month and a half now. The broth is perfection and they are never stingy with the chicken or pork, its a generous amount. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff. They always greet you with a smile and thank you for visiting, never experienced a rude moment and that means alot to me. I intend to remain a loyal patron as long as they keep up the great Ramen and wonderful service. I highly recommend Boru Ramen. The Pike needs them!

Very stylish and clean place with a modern look. I ordered the sweet pork ramen and my girlfriend ordered the savory version. Both were very flavorful and filling servings. Great little spot on the Pike and a good spot to go to before seeing a show at the draft house (We had great and speedy service! In and out in 35 minutes! Although you definitely could spend some time here over a good meal) Overall great experience and excited to go back.

Boru Ramen produces a flavourful heaping hot bowl of ramen on the Pike, next to Bangkok 54. The place is simultaneously sleek and traditional. I ordered their "Hakata" tonkatsu ramen which was quite tasty. I think the broth is few tweaks away from reaching that next level of shama-lama-ding-dong - i.e. Toki Underground. However, in the area I would definitely return for their ramen and the experience. The staff is also excellent.

Stopped by on a random Friday night and was able to get seated right away. I order the Buta Kakuni ramen which had a shoyu/tonkotsu broth and sweet pork belly which was amazing and tender. Also got to sample some of my friends vegetarian miso ramen which was also tasty. Nice atmosphere and a super convienent parking garage across the street. Will definitely come back to try more of their menu.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Staff is super friendly, the place is always clean, and a pickup order never takes more than 10 minutes. The Ramen is amazing, my favorite is the shoyu Ramen bowl and the pork is always cooked perfectly. Definitely a gem in the neighborhood!

Pork broth was excellent, not too salty and you could tell it was cooked down for a while.Soy egg was good but only got a half, noodles had a good bite to it. Gyoza was very meaty, sauce had lots of flavor. Two pokestops near restaurant :p. Staff was enjoyable. Coming here again

Easily the best Ramen shop in Arlington. This is the cheapest a bowl and tastes the best. Your welcomed to a small shop with friendly servers and a unique atmosphere. The broth is amazing and the flavored egg is breath taking. I almost go every week, would recommend this.

Pretty good ramen & a great new addition to the Pike. Broth is flavorful and is priced reasonably. Service is very quick and always attentive. The interior of the restaurant is very sleek and clean. Also, parking can be found behind the restaurant.

Atmosphere is modern, clean, and simple. The ramen was delicious. I had the pork broth one. The flavor was amazing. It really does taste like the broth took hours to make. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back.

Solid. Tasty ramen with fresh, properly cooked ingredients. Prices are reasonable and the service is pleasant. Not earth-shattering cuisine, but pretty good - so four stars, but I will absolutely come back regularly.

Fast and friendly service. Food is pretty good but selection is a bit limited, in my opinion. Still it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

Hands down the best Ramen in DC. The downtown places are just trendy because of location, the Ramen and Boru blew my mind. Their House Miso is unparalleled!!

Best ramen place in Arlington. Ramen bowls are $12 each which is cheaper than almost all others ramen places in the area. Spicy miso is the best.

Most ramen in the area are on the salty side and this ramen is just right. Cant go wrong with this place. Sausage from apps was pretty good too.

Food is nice. Worst customer service. The waitress was so rude to us. She was staring at us and telling something bad at other servers.

Good quick service. I have had more flavorful broth elsewhere, but it was still very good ramen. I do recommend if you are in the area.
