Horrible service! I had been frequenting this place for about two months, but I decided enough is enough after an incident today. For the second time, they gave MY ORDER AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. Thats right: I called my order in advance for pick up, AND THEY GAVE THE ORDER AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. Again, this is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! When I told the cashier that this was the second time it happened, he replied that "we make mistakes." Yeah, Cafe Energy makes mistakes pretty often! In addition to this egregious, recurring issue, the entire operation is extremely disorganized. Its not uncommon to wait on line in the restaurant for 20+ minutes. While others on Yelp contend that the food is "good," its actually mediocre at best. Unfortunately, I believe others consider the food "good" because its one of the only acceptable good options in the area. That doesnt mean its "good" - frankly, its overrated. The owner seems like a nice guy, but they seriously need to re-evaluate their staff to improve quality. I will not be ordering from Cafe Energy again!

Place is terrible I never post reviews but after deciding to try something new other than the deli next door to them. I found out why next door is always so full and theyre not. OVER PRICED! Ordered a simple roll with bacon and lettuce nothing else and its roughly $7 for 1 measly cold rubbery bacon sandwich that only took 15 mins to make. First and last time...

Pricey menu. Slower than normal service. But one of the healthier choices on Jamaica Ave. I order their buffalo chicken wrap once in a while, which was recommended by a friend. Good stuff. Grab a menu and make sure to call ahead for pickup.

choices of salad. The beet and walnut salad was good (no meat). I am doubtful about the benefits of The wheat grass juice (1oz) for $3. For the neighborhood, this is a decent place and not expensive

Terrible Experienced, waited about 15 mins from a chicken cutlet wrap. Got my wrap and there was more lettuce than anything else on there. I do not recommend this place. very disappointed

Very clean, food is excellent, hidden gem in Jamaica! Great salad bar, they make it for you, you pick the ingredients you want from a very long list.
