When our party of three arrived, we were not greeted. A few minutes later, we were told to follow a waitress to our table. As I approached the table, the first thing I noticed was an extremely dirty and sticky smear on the table. I asked the young waitress if she would please wipe it down. She came back with a grayish towel (that looked like something you would use to wipe your car tires), and leaned over to see where are the smears on the table. She proceeded to wipe only the spots where it was dirty. Traces of the towel were left on the table. After that, each one of us ordered. I ordered medium rare Sirloin Tips with no mushrooms, eggs over easy, and hashbrowns. When the order came, the first thing I noticed was that EVERYTHING was well done. The hashbrowns were burnt, the steak was extremely cooked and greasy, and the eggs were no where near over easy. As a matter of fact, they were harder than the steak. Immediately she knew she had messed up before I even opened my mouth. She took the order back, and apologized profusely. I had to re-remind her that I didnt want mushrooms, and she rushed back to the cook. When the meal finally arrived, she said "He said (referring to cook) that he cooked this the amount of time for medium rare. Tell me what you think". I proceeded to take a bite out of the steak and I couldnt even take a bite out of it! It was like rubber! i spit it back out like an angry french woman. She said, "well, would u like something else?" I thought to myself, I cant believe they can get a meal right in their own restaurant. The cook was an angry a hole. I was so mad! It took everything out of me not to curse them out. I guess it paid off bc they comped my meal at the end, but the last meal I chose wasnt great, and I was so upset I swore I would never come back. I think I even dreamed about it that night! ugh! Never again!

Im not a fan of Korean-Chinese food. I had some at another restaurant in the KTown in Manhattan too. Gross. Its just sucky Chinese food no matter how you slice it. In my case, it was super thin, because I ordered some rice dish with "thinly sliced beef" and starch noodles. I thought my order was wrong because it came with a small bowl of seafood noodle soup that had clams and shrimp in it. I tried to send it back because I was digging through the messy pile of greasy ass noodles like Indiana Jones was looking for the Ark and I still couldnt find any stinkin beef! It was as if the Chic-fil-a cows came in here and stole all of my beef. The waitress came by and looked through and found a tiny bit of beef which looked like a tooth pick and confirmed that my order was correct. The meat was cut so small like splinters of wood, and they were as rare as water in a desert. I was thinking its supposed to be more like the thin beef you order when you get Korean BBQ. Bottom line, my food was okay, not great. The little balls of doughnut desserts at the end of the meal are a nice touch however. They even gave us a 2nd order of that when we asked! I gave them an extra star because of that.

Horrible service they speak to each other rather then tending to customers. Your food gets to your table cold but if you look at the line theres a bunch of food there its just the servers a preoccupied talking about what happened the night before to pick it up. Food tastes nothing like other Ihops taste. You need to ask for everything such as silverware they forgot to bring you this process also takes forever. And there are a bunch of fruit flies all over the place. Disgusting. The only time that you get any attention is when they think you are done eating not only for their tip but to seat the next family that waited 2 hours for a seat. This place lacks alot of organization. Its a shame to the IHOP family.

Walked in at 10:15pm on Saturday 4/30/16 and was told by the manager Carlos that the restaurant was already closed. When I walked out and snapped a picture of the displayed hours on the front window and showed him 11pm closing time he informed me that no customers will be taken 30-45 minutes prior to the closing time. Then shouldnt the sign say no customers to be served 30-45 minutes prior to closing? Or is that just "His" rule because its a Saturday night and he prefers to be out with friends instead of doing his job and serving the customers in the establishment that he is hired to ensure smooth operation? Very very very unhappy about that. I really wanted some French toast man.

I havent been to an IHOP in a loooong time, but I didnt have a bad experience. The location was great as I was getting my car fixed at Firestone a few businesses over. The boyfriend and I went to have some breakfast. Right off the bat we could tell this was a busy location. We were seated pretty fast (wait time was about 5 minutes). The waitress was nice and efficient. Food came out fast and exactly as ordered. The location seems a bit sketchy as there are signs telling you to park at your own risk, and not to have your child in the bathroom unattended for their safety. I would return to this IHOP as the food and service were good. I wouldnt go seeking this place out though.

had a $10 giftcard for Ihop and went to the closest one near me. It was packed on a Thursday morning and I was shocked. There were a lot of teenagers so Iam guessing there was a High School or College close by. There was a long wait but I maneuvered my way to side cramped empty corner that I asked the manager if I can sit since I was by myself. Despite my seating area being tight, my food was slamming. I had french toast with fruit, scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were a little burnt and normally I wouldve sent them back but I was too full with everything else. The food came quick and the service was fine. I would definitely return.

Be prepared for your order to never come the way you ask for it..should you want your eggs over easy or your bacon extra crispy, cause the head chef will innevitably get the other part of your order wrong. Or give you something extra in your order that you didnt ask for..like shrimp remnants in your fries (that one might allergic to). Another example..my Mother order the green eggs and ham special..asked for the eggs to be well done (not burnt) and he over cooked the ham and hash browns. If it wasnt the only iHop near me, I would go elsewhere. However, the staff keeps the restaurant very clean and they are friendly.

Terrible exprerience, the French toast was hard as a rock. They have been doing this for years. My scrambled eggs were disgusting and the hash browns tastes like a bag of ridged chips. When I complained to that fat waitress, she didnt even apologize. She gave me an attitude and acted like it was normal to be getting half fasted food. Mc donalds could have been better. Please save your money and find a better Ihop with professional waitresses. Disgusted by this trash place. It has always disappointed me
