Sorry saratoga. Idk whats up here or if something changed or if yall just dont have tastebuds, but Ive been travelling the entire country and Ive had better food at gas stations. Not a joke, Ive literally had some pretty good gas station food that blows this place out..actually this spot was the worst quality food Ive had in the entire nation..taste and quality of fresh ingredients..worst. I will say the service was decent, the bus boy busted his ass off for everyone getting served..waitress was busy but came around by the end of the meal.. BUT...the best thing about my salad was lettuce..and there wasnt much of it...the "chicken tender" was cold and probably cooked by microwave, the breakfast potatoes were soggy and tastless, I paid 50 cents extra for blue cheese that tasted like straight mayonnaise, and the portions were VERY small...my friend ordered breakfast potatoes, only got a spoonfull, then ordered fries, and got about 6. 6 fries. WAY OVERPRICED...Whoever orders the food here should consider getting fresher ingredients, cook to order instead of so much prep, and use some sea salt or SOMETHING to finish off those homestyle potatoes. Cmon people.

Fantastic little place. We sat on the "diner" side, and it really does have that small town corner diner feel. Be prepared to wait for either the diner or dining room, as obviously both locals and out of town folks have figured out this gem. I ordered the Eye Opener, which is their traditional corned beef hash dish. Im always leery of ordering hash, as most places disappoint. Theirs was one-point, with a good hard fry to caramelize it, and eggs over the top done to perfection, with plenty of yolk to run all over it and tie it together with the toast. The homemade jam was fantastic as well, as the strawberry was actually visible within the jam, as opposed to a lot of the store-bought "strawberry fragment in a simple syrup suspension" you see served most places. My wife had the California Benedict, and loved the hollandaise with the tomato and avocado. Overall, it was well worth the wait.

I had a very great experience. I never leave reviews, but I feel like this had to be an exception. There are not many great breakfast places in saratoga bad I was pleasantly surprised when I came across a small cozy diner atmosphere. The waitress was busy, friendly, professional, and welcomed you with a great smile. The products in my veggie omlett were fresh, bright in color, and extremely tasty. Their fresh made jam was unique, with white cherries, and really great. I would recommend country corner cafe to anyone. I cant wait to go back!

Set off from the street a bit, with music reminiscent of the 1950s, "CCC" has great food and friendly service. The only reason Im not rating it 5 stars is how long it took for us to get our food once we were seated (I think it was almost 45 mins). Also be prepared for a bit of a wait to get seated for breakfast on the weekend - make sure you sign up for a spot on both waiting lists! I ordered the PB Cristo, which had bananas, strawberries, peanut butter between egg-battered Texas Toast. Highly recommend it!

Great comfort food & atmosphere. We have made this place a regular stop during our visits to Saratoga Springs. You really cant beat Country Corner Cafe for comfort food and service. Whether you come in hungry after a hike or skiing, the staff will always make you feel at home. Go for the chicken fried steak, stay for the swedish oatmeal or chocolate pancakes.

I tried the tiny corner diner. The weekend omelet was delicious and cheesy. It was a medium size and very high quality. I found the potatoes a little lacking. They were a wee bit undercooked and bland. The staff was super friendly and awesome! Prepare for a wait on weekends though as the place is quite tiny and gets pretty cramped.

Been going there for Sunday brunch for 15 plus years. Food is always excellent and the wait staff is awesome. The only downside is the wait but it is always worth it. It amazes me how the small kitchen can crank out so much food for two dining areas. I still consider it the best breakfast in Saratoga.

Great specials and great service! They have omelette, breakfast sandwich, and French toast specials daily along with lunch specials. They make their own scones, pies, muffins, and jam. Best breakfast in town, so it gets crowded at peak times on Sat & Sun with max wait times of around 45 minutes.

From the outside it looks small and old, but it is a really cute and clean place inside. The attention and the food were great. Only neg was the wait for the food. But I guess 20 min is how long it takes to get fresh yummy breakfast. The prices were on average $12 per person (drink included).

Went in for breakfast with two others. Had to wait a little while because they ran out of pancake mix, but they quickly remedied it and even comped our meal for the wait. Ive waited much longer at other restaurants and not even gotten a discount. Good business and good food.

The food is good and the restaurant is fun. When they are busy, be sure to sign on on the little whiteboard. There are 2 entrances to 2 separate dining areas. They only serve breakfast and lunch. Country Corner is definately pros at breakfast!

In town on business and was looking for a breakfast restaurant. This little place has a great atmosphere. The service was excellent. Food was good, too. I was able to enjoy my breakfast, read my newspaper, and did not get rushed out.

Good food, served right in an unpretentious atmosphere. Something thats hard to find in this town unless you get off Broadway. Parkings a pain, and if you dont get there early on the weekends, the wait can be deterring factor.

Great breakfast, comfortable atmosphere. My server Sydney was awesome. They were really busy but she handle the volume perfectly. Ive worked in restaurants all my life and feel she should be recognized!

Great food but long wait coupled with slow and inattentive service. Get that its Sunday and busy but 45 min to be served breakfast after 1/2 hour wait to be seated is a little much.

Breakfast was great, pancakes and sausages. I bought a cookie on the way out that turned out to be very old however. But, Id still go back. Nice people and environment.

Best breakfast in Saratoga, super friendly staff and fantastic specials menu. The homemade jams and jellies alone make Country Corner worth visiting.

Best breakfast in town bar none. Youll have to wait most of the time due to the popularity and size of this restaurant but its worth every second
