Cant go higher than 3 stars. I come here A LOT, and frequently, Im disappointed. First and foremost, the drive thru is a clusterfuck. Two entrances to one line rarely ends well, especially when the line is usually past the Northern Blvd entrance in front of the store. That brings me to point number two. The lot is too small. If youre parked in it and a drive thru line forms, forget getting out. Theres just not enough space. Three, the drive thru can be super slow. Ive had times waiting on line for nearly 45 minutes, just idling and burning gas. Cant go inside, because theres a line in there too. This store is massively understaffed in the evening and at night. Four, order accuracy is hit or miss. They could be great for a few months, and then screw up 3 or 4 orders in a row. You never know. All that said, I still go back because its close to my house. I believe thats the case with most of the customers. Its just not worth driving to the one in Bellerose.

Worst Taco Bell experience Ive ever had. Came by last night through the Drive Thru. I was not greeted at the speaker and since it was kind of late , I drove up to the window to see if they were still open. There were people inside but it took them a while before they realized I was at the drive up window. I asked if they were still open and rather than answering my question, the woman behind the window said "what do you want ?". That was a little awkward, but I placed my order for the burritos. When my order was ready, a different lady came and handed me the bag without saying a word and shut the window immediately aftee. I thought that was really rude. I did not get any napkins or even my receipt. I got home to find that my "burritos" looked nothing like burritos and it was 60% just tortilla. There was barely anything inside. It was folded into a triangle and was clearly half assed.

I come here when I need something fast and cheap. Their service and your experience really varies based on their staff. On occasion they do get my orders wrong (meaning missing something or add meat) and skimp on the toppings and cheese at times. However, I do come back due to their variety as well as their vegetarian options and substitutions. They are not as packed in the morning seeing as many people probably prefer something light like a croissant. However, their breakfast does fill you up and is not bad. I actually like it. If you are really hungry and want to skip the croissant come here. Their morning service is better than their afternoon/evening. Overall, if you have a big group and want to spend less taco bell is the way to go. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave to make sure its all in there.

We were in the area looking at houses and decided to stop in for some nachos around 1pm on a Saturday. One thing we noticed was that all the parking spots were full. We had to wait a few minutes until someone pulled out. When we finally went in, the line was about 15 to 20 people long. At that point......I told my wife we are not waiting on this line and after I used the restroom (which was fairly clean) we left. There was a Halal Gyro cart in front of this Taco Bell and we ordered some lamb over rice which was quite good. We came back to this Taco Bell around 3:45pm since I had to use the restroom again........and the line was still long. I thought they were giving away free tacos. But avoid this location if you want "fast" food.

The night staff is on point. They take your orders quickly, and you get your food quickly as well. The morning shift is terrible. I once timed how long it would take before I could place my order. There was only one person in front of me. It took them eight minutes to take her order, and it had already been several minutes before I started timing. I finally got my food at around the fourteen minute mark. Again, there were only two customers. I understand they do not have the number of personnel working in the morning that they do at night, but the night crew showed a sense of urgency. The morning crew did not. That factor likely has more to do with the differing performances between the two shifts.

Great place. Theres only one catch, one of the late managers on drive through is absolutely terrible. He rushes customers, does his best to not give out fire sauce, and tries to process customers in the drive through so quickly he doesnt pay attention; he also often comes off as rude. When hes on the drive through are literally the only times there are errors on any of my orders. I eat here 1-2 times a day at varying hours and have never once had issues otherwise. Ive recently found out Im not the only person with this experience, actually met two strangers that knew exactly the same manager and issues I was talking about and had similar experiences.

Taco Bell rules. Sometimes when my husband and I get into an argument, the only thing that makes me feel better is when he drives me over to Taco Bell and gets me my chalupas and steak burritos. No joke. I grew up going to this location. It used to be run down and they renovated it in recent years. It looks great inside and out, but I dislike how the customer line forms right in front of the entrance of the store, so everyone has to weave in and out of the people in line. Its really dumb design, if you ask me.

I’ve eaten in Taco Bells all over the world and I have never seen anything as inefficient and filthy as this one. The food was cold and some of it didn’t even resemble the food that it is supposed to be. The staff is either rude or badly trained. The women’s restroom was the worst that I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant and when I tried to report it, they didn’t even want to hear about it. I wouldn’t even take my dog there to eat.

I found a long hair in my burrito. Good thing I only took one bite, and when I noticed the hair sticking out from the burrito, I was quick to spit out what I had in my mouth. I love going to taco bell, especially this one, but right now Im trying my best not to puke. Usually this place is really good, however I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon until I forget about this.

I live close to this taco bell and I go often but what got me very upset was that I went on Wednesday night and it was 345am. I drove through the drive through and the guy told me it was closed and they didnt have anymore food. If your signs and website says 5am then it should be 5am. Other then that I really like this taco bell. Food is always made right.

I ordered my meal and asked for a cup to drink water since I dont drink Soda. The counter person tells me he cant give me a cup. He says that for a cup I would need to purchase a small drink. Just charge an extra nickel on my meal for the cup, dont charge for a soda that Im not going to drink. I often go to Taco Bells but this one is the worst.
