After a visit to Utica with establishments and stables that bring notoriety to Central New York, Cafe CaNole hails king for pasteries and Italian desserts. This place far exceeds quality than fallen competitors like Florentine. Try both places and itll be obvious the superiority in quality ingredients measures satisfaction to why pusties are so famous. Try the Boston cream pasteries which are colossal, enriched with homemade whipcream mixed with tradition that has no artificial enhancers. Itll commend by distinctive palate the work and quality given through every bite-

I cant tell you how awful this place just made me feel. Me and my bestfriend just went there for dinner, and stood there waiting for someone to seat us down, they just looked at us and ignored us while talking to the people at the bar. So we sat down and waited for about 5min, then someone finally came up to us and told us that everything has been reserved. Really? You couldnt tell us earlier? What a humiliation! I do love their food, but Ill have to chose Ancora over this place now. Farewell Canole.

Wow! This place is amazing. I am from out of town, stopped in before they were open in the restaurant area and the staff was nice enough to allow me to sit and order ( mind you most places will tell you come back in 20 minutes when they are open!) my waitress was super sweet, the environment is great, cozy and modern. The menu is unique and priced appropriately for what you get (one meal is enough for 2!) Ill be coming back for sure!

Customer service is very unprofessional! They do not seat you when walk in. We had an embarrassing visit with my Best Freind, not knowing that all the tables were reserved we sat down in hope that it would be like before where the server just comes and takes care of you. However we just got laughed at for not knowing and had to make an exit in shame. The one star is just for good food

This is months ago. The waiter recited the specials so I ordered one which was Fruitti di mare. He never said what the price was and I was surprised that it was over $30. Nothing special about the dish and other restaurants have it for much less. I wrote a letter to let them know I was upset and never got a response. Havent been back since and never recommend it to my friends.

Placed a telephone order to pick up in the morning. They were very accommodating. Crou-nuts was the order. Only place in the area that has them to my knowledge. Hope theyre good.
