Female owner is a liar. Promised us an appetizer on a future visit for a mistake during the previous visit. When the next visit came she totally denied it and said why would I give you something for free when its your fault. Lady is a B**ch. Ruined our Mothers Day dinner. Try the MountainView Brasserie in Greenville. Never had a bad meal in 12 years. Excellent customer service outstanding food. You will be blown away ! Also if youre looking for great Italian, go to Vesuvios at 49 Co Rd 65, Hensonville, NY 12439. Sorry I didnt discover them sooner. Owner always there to greet you with a smile and a handshake. The owners name is Joe. He is a gentleman and runs a fine business with great food and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed. This is my first review of any establishment. Please take this review as the Truth. I believe in telling the truth in these reviews. You will not be disappointed.

Whenever Im asked by visitors to Catskill to recommend a place to eat --- its always Tatianas. The staff is friendly, prompt and efficient; the food excellent. One experience we had --- after we had eaten & were on the way out someone mentioned that they were understaffed that evening because a key person was out with a broken arm. Well, we never noticed because the service and food were excellent as always. Every August as a family tradition we all get together for dinner at a restaurant.To be democratic every year we ask if anyone would like to choose a different place. Every year the vote is unanimous -- Tatianas wins! Last August when we paid the bill, left the tip, one of my nieces called over our waitress to give her something extra. We reminded her we already left a tip & she replied "For service above and beyond." And thats why we ❤️Tatianas

I just ate here for the first time last night. It was a Tuesday evening and we arrived around 7:30 - 7:45. We waited a minute or two before being greeted by the hostess and then seated. It was pretty quiet with only a few tables being used. I had a great time. The food is fantastic! I had the Chicken Tuscany. Oh so good! The house salad with the home made Italian dressing was delicious and their home made oils for the bread was also very good. And I dont normally have oil with my bread. For dessert I had the three tiered chocolate and vanilla cake. It was wonderful. Its a heavy cake, but they made it a point to warn us before we ordered it. Everyone who was working there was incredibly nice and the food was great! I will definitely be returning!

Went on a Thursday night for dinner. We waited 5 minutes before we were even greeted by the hostess. Once seated, the whole place was so noisy, and no place to escape it (all the tables are crowded together and no quiet places). After our waitress realized we werent going to be drinking alcohol, she disappeared and seated and served cocktails to 2 other tables. We waited 15 minutes before getting up to leave to go to a quieter, more intimate setting at another restaurant were weve gotten much better service before. We wont ever be going there again, because of service. We cant vouch for the food, because we didnt get a chance to order any!

Just ate here. Service was horrible. Took forever for the appetizers to come out and when the mussels arrived they were lukewarm and were most definitely not fresh. The salads, when they actually arrived, needed a life preserver for the lettuce that was drowning in dressing. The entree, a breaded chicken with shrimp with a lobster sauce. It came out Lukewarm as well. Chicken was over done and the shrimp were not even cleaned properly,with innerds still intact. I ordered coffee since I had a long drive. Came out old and cold. Next time I pass through I will pressing the right pedal a little harder as I sail by.

I havent been here in years. Like wine it takes time to become fine dining. All food prepared fresh so you might wait. If your in a hurry there are fast foods nearby. This is a restaurant w linen tablecloths and napkins. So if you wait its WORTH the time. Jimmy the owner chef strives for customer satisfaction. I loved the risotto so much I came back the following week. It was still perfect. Mackenzie is the bartender with an excellent memory. Now at last Catskill has its only GREAT restaurant. Buen Appetitio. !!!

Before I moved to Catskill, I had been going to the same Italian restaurants for many years and have very high expectations for Italian cuisine...and this establishment delivered! Food (best red sauce I have probably ever had), wine and service were top notch. I will be coming on a regular basis and will bring any visiting friends and family here. The ambiance was great in addition to the views.

Weve gone there several times over the last 13 years. Weve always been blown away by the incredible flavors of the different meals. The last two times we went I got the risotto with seared scallops and lobster butter. I can not even begin to explain my love of this risotto, It is phenomenal. My husband has been equally impressed. We will be back many many times.

My wife and I went to Tatianas for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and our server Jenay ( Jay ) was very friendly and very accommodating. She asked her about her favorites and what she suggested and may I say she was right on. If ever you are in Catskill we highly recommend Tatianas.
