I will never go to this restaurant again. I have to admit this happened a few years ago and I have not been back since. I had made a reservation for a saturday lunch with relatives coming from NY, Maryland and PA who were here to see my husband who was in a wheel chair. The restaurant was hosting a private party that day and would not agree to serve us. The error was theirs for making our reservation on that date. The owner was there and refused to let us sit in a different part of the restaurant and be served. After much arguing on our part, he threw some vouchers at me. BTW I had gone there in the past and found the food to be adequate, nothing special but liked to go there because it was so close to my house. The owner was always arrogant and acted as if he was doing us a favor by serving us. I wanted to give no stars but the system wouldnt let me.

Our waitress was very blasè. No personality, not even a smile. She must be a relative or even wife of the owner, because shes been here for a long time. Shes definitely not a people person and should be working in the kitchen, not out in the floor in contact with patrons. I was unfortunate to have her once before as a waitress and the same thing. Like a dead fish. She almost made me feel like it was a hardship for her to be working. On another note, the Food was very good. The Prices a little expensive. And the Atmosphere was lovely. I will return to cucina carini but I will make sure the same waitress is not my server.

Called to place delivery order and owner (I am assuming) was very abrupt. Was out of several menu options I tried to order, then gave the phone to another girl with no explanation. She, too, was abrupt and cut me off mid sentence. After confirming my order, we received the food and the order was wrong. Called the restaurant back and was sent to voicemail. Left a message and never received a call back. Should have went with my gut and not completed the order - I will not be ordering from them again.

Excellent service, employees were extremely nice, prompt with doing things such as refilling waters, and ensuring that everything was alright despite having a large table of 11. The food was just as great as the service, was absolutely delicious. From the soup to the entrée everything was perfect. I had mozzarella sticks, fettuccine Alfredo, and a tomato basil soup. The environment was nice as well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Good ambiance, and decent food (though Im not a foodie, and Italian food is good everywhere to me where others can often find fault). There was something off about the experience, though. The waitress was nice, but for whatever reason, I had a bad taste in my mouth about the service generally (pardon the pun). I might go back, but Id have to be invited by another couple who were enthusiastic about the place.

We had our sons christening there and the food was out of this world! The owner, Glenn was very accomodating with the menu and even gave us options not on the menu. The waitresses catered to everything we needed. Our family goes all the time.

I had a wonderful lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The fettuccine alfredo was absolutely delicious, and my friends meal was equally delightful. I highly recommend coming here for an afternoon lunch, they serve a very lovely meal.

Had the privilege to eat and work here. Everyone there is awesome and very nice. Food is very good. While working they catered a lot of parties of different sizes. Highly recommend if you live in Mount Laurel or surrounding area.

The location and parking situation is a bit of a mess, but totally worth it. The food is so good. Weve had work Christas parties, my wifes wedding and baby showers, and countless dinners here. The bread is mouth watering!!

I have eaten there several times with parties of 6, 4 and 2 and have found the food to be excellent, good tasting and plentiful. The atmosphere quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.
