Still the very best pizza around short of driving to Papas Tomato Pies over in Robbinsville, NJ. Their menu has changed a bit and some of my old favorites seem to have gotten cut, at least in terms of their entrees for takeout. They use a shredded sausage here for their pizzas and it makes for the best pizza topping Ive ever had. The mushroom they use are fresh. The cheese and sauce are high quality and taste great. All that said, not a great place for sandwiches in my opinion, with the eggplant parm being the lone exception. The slice the eggplant thin, give you plenty of it, and with the great sauce and cheese it is a great sandwich.

Decided to run a taste test with a few friends, its winter and we are all bored so five old folks decided to go to five area sandwich shops and get five Italian Hoagies. My restaurant was Villa Rosa on Heacock Rd in Yardley. Well the worst was Villa Rosa. Horrible bread, more bread than meat as very little meat, almost as much onion as lettuce. Waited for sandwich, they never called that it was ready. I finally walked over and he handed me the sandwich. No one is speaking English and seemed very interested in their private conversation. Did I mention it was the most expensive?

The Brooklyn pie is the best pizza I have ever had. It was thin and crispy and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive as we were seated in the dining room. It is a great family restaurant with delicious pizza and pasta dishes. We came on a Tuesday and they have all you can eat mussels every Tuesday. Have been coming to Villa Rosa for years and we will keep coming for many many more years to come.

My favorite restaurant! I have been a faithful Friday night customer since I moved into Lower Makefield. Have been coming here since I was a kid, born in Langhorne. The Chicken Parm sandwich is the best in the area. And the Chicken Romano pizza, heavy but if you want to taste something incredible I recommend you try it! The service is very friendly, family run which is great, always see the owners wives as hostesses.

Best Pizza Around! My two favorite pizzas are the Chicken Parm pizza and Chicken Romano. They are outstanding, we love that it is a local family run establishment and I have been coming here with my parents since I was a little girl. The service is always friendly and attentive. The service is friendly and accommodating to my families food allergies. They have the best Chicken Romano pizza ever and their Brooklyn Pie is the best in the area.

Just had my worst takeout meal from Villa Rosa. Burnt pizza and a calzone so flat it looked like slab of dough. Little to no ricotta cheese in it and like eating cardboard. Takeout is always spotty but it was like they served yesterdays leftovers. Unacceptable.

Great pizza and chicken parm! I have had chicken parm at many other restaurants and this is the best! The service was very friendly as my party of 6 walked in. It was a Friday night so they were busy but the food came out hot and timely! Love this restaurant!

This place has been here for decades and for good reason. The slices are generous and delicious and the sit down table service is prompt with a great menu. Can get a little crowded on evenings in the weekend but no surprise in Yardley.

Never going back, the staff seems to be all Spanish, nothing Italian about it. The food wasnt worth the 35 dollars I paid, the cheese cake tasted like it was drenched in garlic. All in all terrible restaurant.

Great family restaurant. I love the vodka rigatoni with chicken. And the all-you-can-eat mussel night on Tuesdays is my daughters favorite. Not to mention the take-out pizza every friday night!
