My Experience at Merricks Chipotle was awful. To begin with, I faxed over my order for myself and coworkers. Upon arrival (30 mins after faxing the order), the order was sitting in the fax machine untouched. the sweet girl tried to laugh it off but it wasnt funny. I was on a short 15 minute break and was in a rush to return to work (The whole point of faxing the order). Secondly, the food was cold, the dining room was filthy AND there were 7-8 employees behind the counter laughing and talking instead of helping the nice Asian girl move the line. Please note there were 5 of us waiting to be helped. I would also suggest revisiting training courses as your entire staff looked very amateur and unprofessional. it will be awhile before i spend money here again.

I went in to pickup my online order and saw that the place was very dirty, there was a fly by the main counter, and a gnat by the area with the forks and sauces. Ive been to a few different chipotles, went here cuz its new and closer to my home. It wasnt even busy, there were 4 people sotting and eating there, so its like they didnt have time to clean up. After seeing the dirty counter, and the insects, Ill be going to the farther, but clean chipotle. As far as portions are concerned, Id say theyre about the say as any other chipotle, a bit small during the day, generous at night close to their closing time. I assume thats when theyre not busy and just want to get rid of the food and not throw it away.

IF you enjoy chipotle... Dont EVER GO HERE.. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt because they were new, but FOUR TIMES to fail to have my web order fulfilled is inexcusable. I will never spend another dollar there. And Im on the phone with cooperate as we speak. I placed my order via my APP at 6:18 pm with a 7:00 pm pick up. I arrived at 7:03 pm to be informed by the rude manager that my order had not been even started because "they got busy and the staff is new". Ive been in chipotle all over the east coast. Ive seen busy... This store was NOT BUSY tonight

Great Staff, Great Food, Good Amount Of Parking. If only they were open 24/7! For you carnivores, this location offers beef, chicken and pork. If youre a vegetarian/vegan, you also have your option of Sofritas, Chipotles braised Tofu. It has great flavor and goes great with fajitas and guacamole in your burrito or taco.

Lot of Inappropriate talking and loud laughter from one of the employees. It was hard to focus on what items I wanted in my burrito.. The shredded beef was Super DRY.. NO JUICES! I was really bummed, because its my fav! Its clean and the front staff was nice! I got the chicken.. I hope I dont regret ordering it...

Relatively new location which means the staff is still pretty slow and unorganized, but it also means theyre extremely generous with portions. Id rather wait in line a few minutes extra and get my moneys worth rather than going to some other Chipotle locations which barely give you any substance to your burrito.

given that its a brand new store and everyone is still getting the rhythms down, theyre doing an exceptional job. The employees are all charming, and dont panic under the immense volume this location gets. Id give them 5 stars, even if they were an established store. They deserve even more.

Went there three times,every time they gave me much less than other chipotles and the food was cold.The location is good,staff was nice but they have to give bigger portions like chipotles in carle place and farmingdale.Otherwise they will lose customers to other locations.

Great and polite crew! Fast service and fresh food. The location is pretty new so some bumps are to be expected but its overall really great. Ive never had an issue there with portions. And Im happy to have a location a little closer than the one in Uniondale :)

This chipotle is not very generous with the portions. Its the same all the time. You dont get your moneys worth here. Workers are really nasty if you ask for more. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

The staff is super friendly and always happy. Place is VERY clean and if there is anything in low supply, the staff responds immediately. Its my favorite chipotle spot. Lots of parking too.
