The staff was not very friendly...the place was extremely cold...I asked one staff member that was walking around giving chips and salsa to warm the salsa because it was extremely cold (I know it is usually cold, but this time it was very cold) and she said no, flash her hand said something inaudible and walked away...I was giving her the benefit of a doubt that she did not fully understand what I was saying....but she never went to get my waitress or came back around to offer anymore chips to us as she did other tables. This was my first time there...and I had someone that was visiting from out of the country with me....My company wanted to leave...but I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt that she didnt speak english and she ment nothing by it...but again she never came back to our table to offer any chips or salsa, but she did to other table around us. When my server finally came around I ask if she could warm the salsa up..she said they didnt do that usually but she could bring something else that is usually warm...I said no thank you, I like the salsa and wanted it to be warmed....she came back and it was still cold. I give her credit for offering, but I doubt I will be back for a second visit. Usually I write my post after I leave..but the wait was very long to get serve and even after we were done and sitting here waiting more than 15 minutes. As I sit here waiting to see the server I write my disappointment. The place is cute but not for me. She walk by drop the check then came back around ask if we are ready to pay...this has been the fastest she has left and come back to our table....well well well...definitely not a next time...And to see how expensive they are, the service should be much better...

Delicious food, but did have some frustrations. We had carefully arranged a celebration at this restaurant weeks ahead of time, family members all meeting there at a pre-arranged time from all over the state. One of our members has a serious food allergy, so I had talked at length on the phone to the hostess to ensure food safety. She at that time took my name and suggested we have reservations, so I made them. We all arrived there out of very heavy traffic to be told that they dont take reservations and there would be an hour wait. With nowhere else to go on short notice, especially because of the food allergy that we have to plan ahead for, we waited. A star to them: they did serve us free margaritas, but that of course was only helpful to those who can drink alcohol. They also later gave us a free plate of hors doeuvres, although it didnt go far being passed among 12 people. Another complaint what that they had a mariachi band circulating---fun, but really too loud for the space. The waitstaff was excellent and the food was great. AND the person with a food allergy was indeed safe and did not have any reaction. (FYI: food allergy in this case is celiac, very sensitive to gluten) A staff member there makes corn tortillas from scratch, outside of the kitchen, so our allergic family member had those with her meal and they were excellent. So, with these caveats, we would recommend this restaurant. But dont believe it if youre told they take reservations, and try to go when there is no live band, unless you have a high tolerance for noise and dont want to chat with your friends while you eat (because you wont be able to hear each other).

PLEASE TAKE THE IME TO READ THIS REVIEW. If it was up to me I wouldnt even give this place NOT ONE star. This was my first and last time here. I had the Enchiladas Poblanas, I asked the waiter if they would be too sweet or in between sweet and spicy since I like my food spicy. He said they werent sweet that they were in between, I ordered them and they were super sweet. It was so gross, I had To mix them in with the beans and rice. I even added guacamole, I didnt send them back because they had taken forever to take our order and Bring the food. I was honestly not gonna wait another 30 min to get my other order in and another 20 to get my food. It was my little nieces birthday and we asked for a cake and for them to please sing happy birthday, they took over almost an hour to do this and when my sister got very upset because of the wait and asked for he check they took another 20 min to get it for us. I also asked for a pineapple mojito before I had my meal, honestly that was the worse drink I had in my life. It was messy and the mint was just not good. I would honestly not go back to this place. They should be paying us to eat their food. Neither of my family members were satisfied with the food we all left so unhappy. And on top of that the food is over priced for nasty food. My sister left with a stomachache. This is the worse Mexican food Ive had honestly.

The food was good but service wasnt . We waited for more than hour which I understand because it was Mothers Day. They sat us outside and when it started drizzling we asked the waiter if they where going to put the umbrella. The waiter so upset said there was nothing to do . she And she walked away Until my husband insisted She brought and umbrella and told my husband to put it up himself. . Then the rain picked up and she let us outside to get wet . Another waiter such a gentleman came outside and told us to come in. He brought our food inside . Instead of giving us the next empty table they had us on the bar I a tiny table for 2 (we were 4) and my husband at the bar table . The waiter who helped us nice and kind then the other waiter had notice he was helping us and came "to help us" too. Then we had to pay for our cold food no discount our clothes was wet ! Worst experience ever ! I was never treated like that. I wont ever go back again there . I will definitely try other places .

So sad!!! This was one of our favorite places. But its sadly going down. :( The food wasnt as good. The chicken had a completely different sauce which wasnt as good. The waiter didnt listen to my daughter order refried beans and gave her black beans. When he asked if everything was Ok..I politely said..Well..No..My daughter asked for refried..He than Argued with me!!!!!!! My Mom even stepped in and said she heard it!!! What??? He took the plate but returned super fast. All he did was scrape off the black beans and slap on refried. Thank god she didnt have an allergy!!! So unprofessional. We will be looking for a new favorite now. So disappointed!!!! Also the place was almost empty..But they sat a group of adults by us and we had kids. They had been loud and highly obnoxious!!! They said nothing to them but I was ready too..Meanwhile Im extremely mild mannered.

El servicio de este deja mucho que decir muy malo tener que esperar casi media hora para que fueran a tomar la orden y la personas de frente les preguntan algo y no contestan la comida es algo buena pero tienen que mejorar pedí ensalada de salmón y el salmón estaba demasiado cocinado muy mal servicio pedimos un te y la taza están demasiado sucias pongan mas atención como mandan su comida
