On Cinco de Mayo my college friends & I always go here. However last year 2 of my friends have scars from broken glass that was thrown around. But this year we still went back to only have the worst experience ever. The waitress next bought us our second pitcher of margarita. They had the nerve to charge us for it then we told her how we never got it. Mind you we have been here for years and we know all the staff. She treated us completely rude that even the couple sitting next to our table spoke to the own about what had happened. We got the charge taken off but to only notice that the credit wasnt charged but someone else card was charged for our meal. Since when we got the receipt we noticed that the last 5 numbers didnt match our card. I used to love this place however after 2 awful but awful experiences. I rather go somewhere else with my friends. And since the owner could careless about providing correct customer service. NEVER again will this place get my money nor will anyone I know!

My wife and I love going here, its cheap, quick, consistent, and the margaritas are awesome! If you plan on having more than 1 each, take your time to drive home, and consider getting a "small" pitcher which is 4 margaritas for the price of 3. The food isnt the best Mexican food Ive ever had, but its good, its always good, everything on the menu is good. We go there (admittedly) twice a month usually Monday-Wednesday when you can get entrees for buy one get one free. Weve been going there for years! Sure its cheezy with their decorations, not the cleanest place, and in a terrible plaza (with the exception of Best Buy). But when you want a low key place with good food that wont cost you an arm and a leg (since there arent many places in Ffld County that arent expensive), I would seriously recommend this place. Just realize youre not going to a fancy place, it is what it is, a low key Mexican Restaurant.

This place has been recommended to me & my husband by many, however, it was a terrible experience. Once seated, we waited for our food for an hour while noticing only a handful of people were seated. Within 2 hours me & my husband were terribly ill for the next 24-36 hours. Thank goodness our little boy was not with us!

Read good reviews, received a coupon in the mail, checked it out and was extremely disappointed. The location was nothing special, the atmosphere felt cramped and out of date. The food was mediocre at best. There wont be a second visit for us. Too many other good restaurants in the area.

The food is about as close as youll get to Mexican in the tri-state area. The margaritas are strong and tasty and the chips are good, but colored (red, green, blue) which is kind of not necessary. Theres a guy who walks around serenading the guests which is awkward at times.

Rio is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and there is always a great atmosphere. We love the enchiladas and margaritas. The service is friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

Good food. Great prices. Quick, friendly, solid service. The decor is wonderfully goofy. The only negative is the shopping center itself, which is a nightmare to drive through and park.

Great Mexican restaurant in Norwalk on CT Ave. There are better quality restaurants in the area (food wise), but for the price, drinks, and the atmosphere you cant beat it.

Food and drinks were tasty. Its dark and sketchy inside and out. Classic mexican spot. Go for the Acapulco platter and classic frozen marg.
