this is my rating for tonights encounter with Burrito Mariachi.I will admit I usually never have a problem with the service or the food.I called for delivery at 5:30pm I was quoted by the man on the phone it will be about 40 minutes. I say no problem I figured they would be busy it is Cinco de Mayo. After an hour and 20 minutes I begin to try and call them to see where my order is. After receiving a busy signal for the next 40 minutes I finally get through to them to see where my order is? I give them my phone number and address and I am told to hold on they will check on it. 2 minutes later I am told they dont have my order. WTF!!! The man on the phone says do I know who took my order and I say it was you!! I ask can they please rush my order I have 2 young children that need to get to bed shortly. I am told yes they would get it right out .My order finally arrives at 7:20 (some rush).. The delivery guy apologizes and say that I understand pay him and he leaves. I goto give my son his meal and they forgot his chips for his guacamole. I call them to tell them but I receive 15 more minutes of busy signals.I finally get through and I tell them they forgot all of the chips that were suppose to come with my order. I am told they are crazy busy and they would bring them but they dont know when. It is now 9:20pm still no chips or no call to tell me they arent coming.what pathetic excuse for service.I will be making a personal visit to their store tomorrow to tell them what I think!

Only one complaint. Called at a busy time on Friday night. Was told 30 to 40 mins. Food showed up over an hour later and cold. I called and explained I understand its busy but I rather my food come late and hot then late and cold. They were so apologetic, they re-made my order and re-delivered it again for free. Awesome service. Food was great and affordable. Even with an ok first experience, their reaction and promptness to make the customer happy was awesome. 5 stars!!

This is cheap imitation mexican food prepared by a handful of chinese people. The food I got was chewy and overcooked and totally tasted like "cat". This one is up to you, but if you want great burritos, hop on the Wantagh Parkway to East Meadow and go to Moes Burritos on Hempstead Turnpike West exit right after you get off the parkway.

Burrito Mariachi is one of the finest examples of Mexican fare on Long Island. The steak is cooked to perfection, the vegetables are fresh, and the service is bar none. If you dont care that the food isnt prepared by authentic Mexicans, then youre in for a treat.

I eat hear often because I work near by. I always get their burritos. Lazy Mike Burrito is really good. Only down side about this place is the inconsistency with their food. Sometimes they over cook the ingredients that going in the burritos.

We love this Place. When we all decide what to get for Lunch everyone says TACOS !!! They are quick, cheap and food is great . They are friendly chinese running a mexican place LOL Worth to Try
